This man called n did the same to me I kno I have payday loans but nothing to serious had me n my family worried actually got a dime from me how do I go bout getting my money back anything will help as I fell into this pricks scam..

well, my boyfriend and I have been reciving the same phone calls from 717-889-9641 and from 916 -3044784 making the same staments but here yestaday and this moring at 6:30 they were making threats to come to your home I told them that if you do then you will have a surpize and hung up the phone......
but heres the thing with so many of us complaying about this and the tec. we have out here you would think that they would be able to stop this guys... we made reports and my local police depart knows about and I don't live far form them:) but since this is going on and theres so many of us that this idiots are doing this do I think that we should all get together and stop them before they really do decide to hurt someone......   there is a way to catch these b--------!!!!!!!!!

I received a call at work today. I had a feeling this was some type of gimic because I could not associate myself with any bad debt or lawsuit. I typed in the number and found your comments which validates my feeling about this being some type of con. When something seem strange go with your gut and conduct research. I called this Mr. Steven Jones and received a voicemail. Within 10minutes he called me back. When I explained to him that I was on to him and his gimic and that I never applied for a loan but one of my colleges did he got hostile called me out my name and hung up on me. Do you know an attorney who would do such a thing? It angered me that he would call me names and hang up on me after he initiated the contact with his a attempt to con me. I called him back and told him I would add my experience online and report him.

I just rec'd a call from this Steven Jones who is claiming to be an attorney from American Law Enforcement. Called my house and my job telling me a lawsuit had been filed against my SS# and that I had only a few days to get back in touch with him before I would be arrested. Not sure how to get him to not call my job again but I will be looking for the best place to file such complaint.

I had the same cal from him he says i am going to jail and have to pay 7,000 in court fees and everything. Yes I owe 496 but he is being harying to me to, not a nice guy at all.

I also have recieved these call from the same man, threating me of the all same things, really does he think we wont catch on, please this has happened to me before so i proceeded to tell him to send me letters via mail seeing how he has that info he said there would be no more contact until jan 30 when i will be arrested, so needless to say i told him id be waiting with myself,my husband, and my local sherriff, that is when he hung up... this a big scam!!!

I have recieved a phone call from an indian guy claiming to be with the federal investigation for fraud claiming i recieved money from a payday loan and if i dont repay the laon for thousands of dollars. They will come to my house and arrest me. I laughed at him and told him to bring it on. what a scam, beware of these people getting your info and trying to scare you into paying them money.

Same person called and threatened that I owe them money and will be prosecuted and a warrant will be filed in my local sherrif's office.  They are calling me again I am going to say what you have already told them that they are a scam!!  His name is "Attorney" Steven Jones from American Law Enforcement Office

I am a bit relieved to see the above comments and am forwarding my information and this webpage to our county's local authorities.  Here's my experience from 01/10/13 - A man called my work number, identified me by name and called himself, Attorney Steven Jones who had a strong Indian Accent.  There was an eco in the background - I heard a Parakeet (bird) a couple times in his background and a dog bark.  He claimed he was at a court and representing a company called American Law Enforcement (which later, the word "law" was more like "Loan") - hence, he could've meant American Loan Enforcement.  He claimed he represented CASHNow.com who was going to file a law suit against me for fraudulently using their website to get a loan, receive the loan and then not pay it back.  He would charge me for 4-felony counts of fraud and that I would be arrested January 16th.  He repeated my social security number and my drivers license number - which sounds like CASHNow.com needs to be sued.  When explaining I did not receive any money from this company and further explained that I believed the website to be fraudulent after I had typed in all my information and was then taken to multiple new pages in effort to somehow process my request, I finally backed out of website.  The next day, I began receiving many phone calls from different "supposed" companies of how my loan was approved - but needed more information from me and of course, after I asked verifying questions, the company representatives would hang up on me.  Therefore, these were all scams.  I explained this to this Steven Jones who then stated I was just being clever or that my identity had been stolen, but insisted that since a loan was given on my ID and SS#, that I was still responsible.  Mr. alias "Steven Jones" would not provide his Attorney License #, stated he was from a court Harrisburg City, PA.  Threatened me that if I would not make arrangement to pay him over the phone, again, he would proceed with court, suit and jail.  Big suggestion:  NO ONE should apply to loans online!

Indian...Steven Jones called my phone stating my husband took out a loan and never repaid it! Stated he sent paperwork to the local court house. We had an option either pay $589.00 or go to court and end up paying $7890.00!!! I said my attorney will be contacting you! Jones then stated that there was no need for an attorney, all I had to do was pay the settlement offer! He couldn't tell me the name of the company that was "suing" my husband! He kept repeating himself over and over! After the phone call I googled the phone number and found this site! I hope others are wise enough to google the number and find out that its a scam before they send this do***e bag any money! I called him back, cursed him out and stated that if he ever called me or my husband again he'd be sorry! I also stated that I will be going to the police on Monday morning to file a harassment and Fraud report on "Mr. Jones!

My work received a call from 717-889-9641 and told them that they were taking me to court and going to have me arrested. Isn't it agaisnt the law to call a person at work let alone tell another person personal business

A gentleman left a message on my old cell number(which is now my husbands number) with all of my personal information. The persons voice-mail was very unprofessional and many people in the back ground were conversing with other people in the same manner. He said that I took a loan from a company Ive never heard of (Cash Now) and that it was placed into my account, used, & didnt pay it back. He also said that there were four charges against me and that a warrant will be placed for my arrest on Monday. When I asked him to repeat the charges so that I can write them down he got an attitude and wouldnt, but I almost couldnt understand what he was saying because of his strong foreign accent. I called the FBI and was told to call the FTC. There are many people who have been called and to get out of this fake "warrant" pay money. He called my work and home sayng police will come get me.i dont even have apayday loan..so icalled him cussed him told himhe was a scam and i will make police reort...he hung up on me...

I got a call to saying I owe $250.00. He told me to send  the money western union to EXAVIER SPINKS AT MOSCOW TN 38057.

Got a call from this number today from an Atty. Steven Jones stating that a warrant was being taken out on me for a online cash loan for $450. I listened to what he had to say and that if I did not have this paid in 3 days that charges would accumulate up to $9500.00 and that I would be arrested and put in jail.  I told him that I had not gotten such a loan and he had my last 4 digits of my SS# and my date of birth, address, etc.  I told him that if I could pay something on this (in which I most definately would not) how should I send the money.....his reply was ....  send it by Western Union and use the green and white form which is person to person and send it to Gina Bone in Waukegan, Illinois 60085.  Well i'm not the sharpest tack in the box but I do have sense enough to know that NO business transaction is sent PERSON TO PERSON.  This man also sounded like he was from India and talked real fast and would not let me hardly say anything.  Tomorrow i'm going to call him back and tell him that I have talked to my attorney and if he has any questions he can contact him and see what he has to say.

I got a call from him as well at 3:21 and went straight to the MPD and they said this guy were crazy and dumb b/c thats a civil matter and not legal actions so I called the guy back and he said that the police was a stupid mf... we should all get together and do something about this scammer....  Oh yea he gave me when I asked for a address Strawberry St.... I got the same call while on my lunch and then came back to work to find this man left a message on my voicemail at work also. he was stating that if I didn't call back I would face legal consequences.

Just called me said he was gonna f*** my dead mother oh no that Steven jones is done for I actually got a lawyer and a lawsuit being filed as of right now he actually did mess with the wrong family

Just received this call from a man claiming to be Attorney Steven Jones form American Law Enforcement, he needed to speak to one of my co-workers.  But with his heavy Indian accent and very american name, I started asking questions. I told him his number pulled up as a scammer, he started yelling profanities at me calling me a Mother F@#kER, how dare I........   When I told him I was now turning his number over to the police for harrassment, he shouted more profanities at me...........I finally hung up.....

OMG...they called, left a voice mail...haven't listened to it yet, that was at 11:41, then called back 2 more times at 11:46.  Ridiculous.
