Probably sleazy telemarketers using a robo-call device.
Didn't answer.  This is my standard procedure for unrecognized numbers.
If it is important, they can leave a message.
They didn't bother to leave a message.

Called my cell phone and did not leave a message.

They keep calling and when i picked it up today it was in spanish...I'm sorry I'm french not spanish....

Called my cell just now.  Didn't leave a message.  If this is a bogus caller ID, which the other reports indicate, I'll go ahead and report at the DoNotCall.gov site.

Called my cell this morning. Looked at the number with a 717 area code, very odd. Googled this area code and found it was in PA. Don't know anyone there and told the wife about it. Later in the afternoon, SHE gets a call from the same number and answers it with the Spanish garble going on. She then returns the call and gets the out of service announcement. The really odd thing is that her cell number is very similar to mine with only the last four digits being slightly different. WTF!!! I was somewhat amazed that I found this site with others having the same problem. I wish I knew what the heck is going on.........

that number always call me at cell but when I call that number it says the number you just call is no longer in service what to do is getting annoying

they called my cell, left no message. they called again and they said in spanish that 'the cash register just opened you have won a price...Press..i hang up. Scam.

Called my cell phone.  Pre-recorded message in Spanish.  Hit the #1 to see if it would switch to English and the message switched to people cheering in Spanish.  Hung up since. Don't know Spanish.

This number called me about 3 mintues ago.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Caller ID showed this number with the name of Harrisburg, PA. Left no message.

Missed call - returned it and the number "was not in service"  Very annoying

This number called my phone and left no message...when I called the number back the operator said, "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again 0302."

This number called me and a pre recorded message in spanish played before the call ended. My spanish is terrible and Im not certain the nature of this call

They just called my phone 30 minutes ago. I am at work and did not answer.. my number is also on the do not call list. When I called back it told me that my call could not be completed as dialed. Very frustrating.

They called my cell phone, but did not leave a voice message.  This happened today [Wednesday/Afternoon].

They called again .I never answer...

This number just called me and also left no message. They can F*** Off.

These people don't know when to quit they call at least 4-5 times a day

It doesn't mater if you change your number cause I changed mine and they kept calling.
