this number called me many times more than 50 times (( Tub bath filter)) and I dont know from where they get my number and my name they disturb me during the morning and noon

I completly understand...they call me almost every day. When I tell the person that I have requested to not be called anymore.. I get "Well I didn't call you last time" Whatever get your sh*t together. I will NEVER EVER recommend this company.!!!

I talked to one of their representatives over a year ago at a home show, and said they could call to make an appt to come and look at what I wanted done. The same day I found an alternative I liked better, so when they did call, I told them I no longer had any interest. They continued to call for over six months...leaving messages almost daily. I finally answered one day, told them I had asked them to not call anymore because I wasn't interested in their product any longer.... low and behold, here it is four months later, and they have now started to call AGAIN, even after I told them to remove my number!

Unfortunately, they got our number at the Phila. Home Show and didn't give up although we were clear there and during our first call that we were not interested.  After repeatedly receiving calls from them at 8:00 am and after 9:00 pm (from Etters, PA) and finding no one on the line after three rings, I tried to contact them through their 800#.  Not possible.  Also, if you call their 717-932-8546 the phone does not ring.  It's dead.

Looked them up on Google and found 800-594-8776.  Spoke to Melissa and told her if I heard from them one more time I would be calling the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals Office.  They have a web site for contractors that you can use.  

Calls stopped immediately.

I'm with you, Bob. I have asked them again and again to stop calling me, but everyday they do -- at least 2-3 times!!  I am not answering the phone anymore when I see their ID come up (as Bath Savers).  I'm sick of these people.  They definitely lost a customer.

Im  having the exact same problems with bathfitters. I had talked to some lady from there and i told her  i would call when i was ready but the calls keep coming in every day! Definately not doin business with now! Thanks bob, I too have the google voice thing but have never used it like you said.

This guys call me every day for the past 2 months.  no matter how many times i told them the I would call them when i was ready.  they just lost a potential customer with this nagging phone calls.  In the beginning i would even joke with my wife saying "the Bath Fitters called again"  But now they call so much it is not even funny any more.  Luck for me i have Google Voice and i set up to filter their phone calls and send it straight to voicemail.  I only notice they called when i check my inbox online....2 can play at this game...hehehehe  Since i set up blockade their calls went straight to voice mail 23 times.  Sometimes i which they would call me more often.

This is a bathfitter number!!! We them out for an "estimate" and it was a 3 hour marathon of every sleazy sale technique in the book! I eventually had to be very rude and ask this person to leave. I think the product is good, but it is very, very expensive like $6,000 - $7,000 for the tub and shower.

Bath fitters is being very annoying.  Yes I visited their fair booth August 2009 and "signed up for a prize drawing"  MISTAKE.  Now they call me at least 2x daily even though I have asked them three times to stop, I am not interested.  The last person I told was very rude and said "Well you did mark that you might be interested in knowing about our services."  Yes, but I also told them I would call them if and when I was ready because I was currently a renter.  Then I a asked them to please stop calling.  But they just called again........first time today was 8:11 am.

Glad to hear it is only BathFitter.  I was thinking it was one of those scam calls and if I answered, I would receive this crazy phone bill!
