Called my cell #, but I did not answer since I don't know anyone in 718 area code. They are persistent in calling so they must be using an auto dialer. It appears the DO NOT CALL registry doesn't deter them.

Called me on my official US Government cell phone 8/16/13. Double scofflaw, probably using a random dialer. Almost certainly not their real number, but FCC and NSA ain't saying.

As you said, to report "unwanted number calls". The drug-addicted "card services" scammers use ALL spoofed (false) numbers, and change to a new number often, as soon as the current number gets recognition. Will reporting these nearly untraceable numbers do any good??? it might, but it WILL help if we alert people to the scammers before they are taken advantage of. This scam has been going on for years, and as soon as one is shut down, another pops up. The only way to stop this is knowledge, spreading the word of these lowlifes, so the unsuspecting will not be cheated. Once the scammers source of income for their drugs is cut off "then we all can sleep at night".

The way to stop these A-Holes from calling you is to immediately report them to the website:  "DO NOT CALL. GOV".   File a complaint under the complaint tab.  So QUICK and EASY!!!!!!    

This website is designed to investigate these kinds of scam callers and shut them down.  The Do Not Call Registry is a federal government agency that will notice how many people file complaints against unwanted number calls, and then they will proceed to investigate and shut these scammers down.  The sooner you file a complaint against this and any unwanted caller, the faster they will stop calling you every day.  Then we all can sleep at night! :))

I reported it to My credit card company. They said it was a scam.

Told alleged "card services" to take me off of list. Man with Indian accent hung up on me. Reported to Attorney General.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who pretend to be associated with our credit card companies in an effort to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off. People that have given these junkies their card number have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn other before they are cheated!

I got 2 calls, one right after the other.  Did not answer because did not recognize number.

Got call. Didn't answer. I'm on Do Not Call List.

Received two calls in rapid succession.  Busy signal upon return call.  Initial trace back to NYC area (Queens).

call received on my cell phone from "card services", last chance to lower interest rate on my credit card. When I got through to someone, they said it was for my visa or mastercard with Chase.  I told them I am not a Chase card holder and started to ask that they remove my number, but they hung up on me.
