this number calls repeatedly several times a day and never leaves a message. from the above notes re:janus funds, i do not have any janus funds. and technically, i do not believe proxy votes can be given over the phone-only on the form with owner codes.

The caller has called several times and does not leave a message.   Very annoying.

You'll vote "if and when you choose to"? Were you joking right there? Send in your vote as soon as you get that proxy statement. You can't spare 5 minutes of your time?

Dianne, the proposals were to elect the 10 trustees to the board and vote to approve a performance based fee schedules. I don't have anything in Janus but those seem like pretty important things to vote on. Critical? Yeah I'd say they are.

They have been calling us four times a day - the only thing that appears on my caller-ID is their telephone number. Have not left a message - ever. After reading other posts, I do remember receiving a Janus "vote" message about two+  weeks ago.

Oh yes, they want their votes badly.

If you haven't received half a dozen pleas to take care of your proxy vote, it's very likely that they don't have your latest mailing address.

Anyway, I just had an empty voice mail from them, from a dozen or so of attempts to get me to vote.

Call over and over again.  I will vote if and when I choose to............

Why is it so critical to them that we give them a proxy vote on the phone?   Or even VOTE...I have no idea what I am supposed to be concerned about because I didn't receive any "info" in the mail to begin with.   Every day the same phone number comes thru...do they seriously think I am going to give them any info - including a "proxy vote" over the phone?  I've already told them on the phone "NO" So, do I lose my funds if I don't respond?  Maybe it is a good time to withdraw.

Whoever they represent seems very eager to get proxy votes for Janus funds.

Rep from Janus Funds following up on my proxy materials that were recently mailed to me.  Asked if I wanted to cast my proxy vote by phone.  This was a legit call.

Some company representing Janus Funds calling to see if you had received stock holder (proxy) info. I informed caller that I had already voted via internet, was not interested in recasting via phone, and that they should update their records.

ID show as 'Unknown Caller'  Calls every day, but no message left.

Call this evening went right to internet voice mail - all it was was 5 minutes (yes, 600 seconds) of classical music as if I was on hold.  No one ever said anything!!!

I answered and they wanted to talk to my mom. I told the guy she wasn't home and they asked what a better time would be for to call,I said tomorrow a little after 4PM. Something about distribution and idk.

Calls my home at least once per day.  No message and if I pick up no one answers.  Caller ID says Janus Funds.
