Rang my cell *repeatedly* for about 3 minutes. I did not recognize the number and did not answer.
Karimack 2014-01-14 19:09:23 Unknown
I recognized it as Time Warner Cable so I answered it. A man asked me if I spoke Spanish, I said no, he hung up. End of story. Strange part is that they called my work number.

Sad to know that the grand kids missed Macy's Thanksgiving Parade after looking forward to it for so long This is how companies lose customers word of mouth is the best advertisement

Automated Time Warner satisfaction survey about a call I had with them earlier today.

It is Time Warner Cable!
EG 2013-04-19 00:03:20 Unknown
They call 4-5 times a day, for the last 5 days. They never leave a message, and when I pick p, no one is there.
ANNOYED 2013-02-27 20:46:04 Unknown
Stop your annoying phone calls please!!! When I say hello you don't reply!!
Jess 2013-02-27 16:25:40 Unknown
LOL, not to laugh but I hear you. Same thing. They call 3x a day. No message. I thought it was someone calling the wrong person so I tried to leave a text saying stop calling me! But, the number doesn't accept texts so I know it is just a lame telemarketer that won't go away!

I urge you to file a lawsuit, complain to every agency/bureau that exists. Try as hard as you can to damage and discredit this company in every conceivable way possible.
These harassing phone calls have caused major fights, problems and drama in our household. Whoever permits these calls is human scum, not any different from a squashed rat in the road.

Guys its the follow up survey from Time Warner. They call after you speak with a Time Warner agent to see how the experience was. Pick up, wait for it to say hello, and hang up, done.

Their service is bad enough; calling me to upsell their "product" while I'm trying to get some sleep is worse; doing so repeatedly is the best thing ever to happen for their competitors.

718-358-0900 appears on my phones' "redial" a place for holding numbers that I dial out. Could it be they are using my phone somehow. My Caller ID does not register this activity.
Star 2012-11-17 17:25:58 Unknown
They called me a few times. Twice they've left long messages with noise in the background such as typing. If it is time Warner they're not very professional.
Danny 2012-11-05 13:15:47 Unknown
NVM prior post, they started calling me again.
Danny 2012-10-17 16:19:48 Unknown
Had the same problem. Calling customer service didn't help since they said they could not change the account info since it wasn't my account! They refused to write to the customer to ask him/her to change the phone number. However, using their website chat feature an analyst indicated that he removed my phone number and I should not get any more calls. Hopefully this will work.

those surveys are for there customer service but dont take them lightly as they impact there employees. You grade there reps bad the lose money on there bonus checks and can even be terminated. With the way the economy is I wouldnt want anyone to lose there job behind a dumb survey as long as you give there reps a 8 9 10 and on question 4 rank timewarner what ever you and answer yes to question 5 you protect another fellow worker. The company may suck but i dont wish unemployment or loss of wages on anyone and they treat there employees like that. Next time you call ask the rep point blank does that survey impact there job. They will say no because the company tells them not to influence the numbers. The sad thing is from what a sup told me there all the really care about is that stupid 4th question because its about recommending ppl to there company so if you grade that rep u spoke to good they have to pay them more and they cant fire them

It is Time Warner Cable calling. If you had a service / complaint / anything they want you to do a survey, it is all automated, if it is not answered--note I did not say you have to respond--it will continue to call. Just answer the damn phone, wait for the computer voice and hang up.
Or have your girlfriend/boyfriend call, that should get rid of it.

Usually I don't pick up random numbers but they called multiple time and picked up to see what the hell was up. Turns out it's just Time Warner with an automated survey, so I just answered the questions and no more calls.

I have been getting calls from this number all week. Sometimes part of a recorded message plays back on my answering machine. Sometimes a person starts to leave a message, but only relays the phone number, not the purpose of the call or why I should call back.
Brian 2011-06-06 20:55:38 Unknown
Called yesterday and today around the same time. No message left.
Daryl 2011-06-06 20:55:38 Unknown

Fck TimeWarner 2011-06-06 20:55:38 Unknown
Called just now.
10/01/08 @ 11.05am
called 3 times yesterday. no message.
Jared 2011-06-06 20:55:38 Unknown
It's Time Warner, probably trying to get you to sign up for their triple play plan. They keep calling until they get an actual person. So just answer it, wait for either the prerecorded message or for the person to start talking and just hang up. You should be good for another month or two until they start calling again...
PayExpress is Terrible 2011-06-06 20:55:38 Unknown
They don't leave a message nor do they say anything when you pick up. It is probably just a checklist call for their customer relationship system, to provide to the credit agency to ding you on.
I get this call every month it seems. I try to sign up for automatic recurring payment over their CSG Pay Express system - i try every month. Oh, I get confirmation that it works, but of course it doesn't. I use multiple cards, debit, credit. none have worked. What a POS system.
I worked with these people closely at another cable company - terrible.
Mary 2011-06-06 20:55:38 Unknown
phone calls with no one on line when picked up.
annoyed 2011-06-06 20:55:38 Unknown
718-358-0900 is like an ex-boyfriend that doesn't get the picture. I'm not picking up. It is hinging on harassment this repetitive caller that leaves no solicitation. I wish there was a way to get a mobile restraining order.
