YES, GLOBAL TOUCH HAS BEEN CALLING; A LOT!!! AS EARLY AS 8a.m on WEEK-END and AS LATE as 9p.m. HAVE A NO CALL, ORDER; WHY DOES IT NOT WORK???

I blocked the 718 number and now they are using a 215-583-1351 number. This is ridiculous. They call 15 - 20 times a day and no one is ever on the other line.

I receive 10 plus calls a day from phone number 718-839-6974 ~ comes up on caller Id as GLOBAL TOUCH ~ Who ever it is lets the phone ring and ring until I answer and they hang up...

I have been getting calls for months and now they are escalated to 5-8 times a day a day. I pick up but nobody answers and then it goes to busy signal. Why can't this be illegal?!!!  I feel harrassed!!!  Any ideas?? Please

This company has been calling my house 3 times a day, in the beginning I told the man I am not interested in cheaper electricity, and I also have a do not call for solicitors. .they continue to call, and it is quite annoying, sometimes I answer and no  one says anything ..help

Yesterday I rec'd call from Global Touch and today I received 3 calls from them calling from 646-744-0561.  Today I answered and told them that I already received 2 calls today and the person hung up on me!  Please do not call me anymore......!!!!!

I get calls alot from Globaltouch, it's really annoying, they call several times a day everyday the number they call from is (718)8396905,they leave no voice mail, how can we stop these calls?

Since Friday I've received 6 calls from a young girl, "May I speak to, um, Jolene?" @ 718-839-6905. She claims to be an academic advisor (these people never call on weekends) offering me options on something before the line disconnected. Stop calling or I'll file harassment charges if my number doesn't appear on the "DO NOT CALL LIST ASAP!

Some woman called and asked if she could speak to the person responsible for paying the electric bill.She said she was calling from the electric company and that they had sent me a notice in the mail with an email address and that I was supposed to fill out some personal information.

This company is getting on a roll with these constant phone calls. The caller I'D says Global Touch, my curiosity got to me so I googled them and everything that I read reflects a company trying to separate you from your hard earned money through a relentless scam. Consumer beware, the area code is a 908, to be exact, the number is 908 445 0103, so they will periodically change their number. Consumers are going to have be as relentless as they are with their phone company provider. This company needs somebody to drop a bomb on them, they are a bunch of heartless grifters taking advantage of anyone that says "hello".  Good Riddens to this band of idiots!!!!

Calls from Global Touch (718) 839-6905.Keep calling looking for my wife. Offering academic advising. When you question them or tell them the person they are calling is unavailable, they just hang up. They've called everyday, three days in a row.

Man says I signed up for alternate fuel and electric and I have a free months bill coming ,but wants info off my bills,I told him no call me back in few days .My caller ID shows Global touch with number 718-839-6901.he wants to send me a check,I assume if I cash it my bank account would be hacked?  

This outfit, whatever it is, is relentless -- repeated calls, every day. I want it to stop.

Forward to the FTC as I did. The calls stopped.

They have to be reported and once you tell them not to call it becomes a federal offense. The no call list has to be verbal first. You need to tell them do not call and they have to apply. If not they are subject to federal fines and other legal action.

I get calls from Global Touch EVERY DAY. 201.579.2473 What an annoyance. How can we stop these calls?

I get calls for a (718) 839-6905 # and on my caller I.D. the name of the company is GLOBALTOUCH.  They call several times a day, I never pick up the phone and they never leave a message.  It would be helpful if they would leave a message saying what the calls are in regards to.

Perpetual calls.  Caller ID lists them as Global touch.  I never answer and they never leave a message.

718-475-4843 - constantly calling.  Like others, they ask to speak with the person in charge of the electric bill.  Also, I have a hispanic last name as well so they ofter call speaking Spanish.

For the past 3 months I've gotten about 20 calls everyday from this 718-475-4843 number.my caller id shows Global Touch as the name of the company. I don't know how they got my phone number. When I did answer their calls it was either silence, or someone asking to speak with a made up person or it was someone speaking Spanish. I asked that they stop calling but to no avail. Finally, I was able to block their calls. Thank God! I was so tired of the harassment. I don't know how a company like this can be in business.
