HAVE BEEN GETTING PHONE CALLS FROM DF KING 718-484-6251.  ALWAYS GOES TO ANSWERING MACINE AND NO MESSAGE.  THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR SEVERAL WEEKS.

Actually, the dead air calls are not really helping prove the case that this company operates in a professional manner. I wouldn't expect you to have incorporated that into your reasoning since your idea of getting your point across begins with calling people "morons" and "dumbasses".

Also, if you have a 401K through your company that is administered by ING it is most likely is invested in their Mutual Funds and that is another reason they are calling.

DF King is  a proxy solicitation and corporate/financial communications firm. If you own an ING policy or invest in an ING Mutual fund they are contact you about Proxy voting. THEY ARE NOT TELEMARKETERS you dumbasses, maybe if you answered the phone instead if acting like a***s you would have found this out yourselves!!!! If you don't want them to call i.e. you want the calls to stop) ANSWER THE PHONE and tell them to stop contacting you and guess what THEY WILL!!!!

Yep, D F King calls my number 2 to 3 times a day and does not leave a message.  Very annoying because I do not invest in any stocks so why would they be calling me for a proxy vote?  It would make me want to get rid of all associated investments to stop this level of annoyance and pestering but I can't because I do not have any associated investments.  If you do have any associated investments (ie., ING) then get rid of it to stop the calls - worse then telemarketing which is at least blocked by the do-not-call law, and telemarketers do not call 3 times a day, everyday.  Stop already, I'm not going to answer!

After a month of calls from 718-484-6244, -6245 and -6247, I finally got a human on the other end. He said say were calling ING shareholders about an upcoming vote. If you Google "ING" and "D F King", you'll find SEC forms outlining their allowed inbound and outbound call script regarding this vote on May 13. So, odds are if you're getting these calls, you're probably an ING shareholder. That doesn't explain all the dead air calls and failures to leave messages on answering machines. But, crappy phone bank employees might help explain that little annoying hiccup.

2 more calls today, 20 min apart. on to black list

We have received calls EVERY DAY from DF King for the past month.  We have our number listed on the National Do Not Call Registry yet nothing will stop this telemarker.  Needs to be investigated ASAP!

DF King...have been calling two or three times a day 7 days in a row last week and leaves no message.  I finally blocked the number...b*****ds!!!

This is the 4th call in the past 2 weeks

I'm in Northern California.  This DF King, 718-484-6244 called several times.  I think it's a robo call.  No voice heard because I hang up after a couple of seconds.  I want them gone!

Got the same call from DF KING Tuesday at 5:25 PM from the number 718-484-6244.  I answered but I could not tell if it was a person or a recording, hung up after listening to it for a few seconds, was a woman's voice talking about a ballot being mailed for the IRA and that they have not received our vote and would we authorize a verbal vote...thats when I hung up.  PS I am in Colorado so not sure if this number is calling other states or just working on Colorado right now

This is my 3rd call from "DF KING" The first was on -6244, second on -6246.

Have had two calls in the past three days. Hangs up before call goes to voice mail. Caller ID reads DF KING
