This number was calling me and hanging up whenever would answer. So, after be overly frustrated I decided to ring back the number in search of an explanation. On the first attempt the phone rang then after a few brief second of me chanting "Hello", the call was disconnected (they hung up!).  

After the 17th attempt deemed unsuccessful, I was just about ready to give up, then the number called be back. I  said "Hello" and the was an man on the other line who spoke with an African accent. He told me that I was getting electric through him and that I owed him MONEY!!! I was applaud but I remained calm and collected and kindly told him I have no money to give to him and hung up.

Beware of number, they are trying to scam YOU!!

Whoever is the owner of the phone should stop now or else! she/he might get the Kame Wave!!

It happens to me, too. Very bad!

The exact person has been calling me to and doing the exact same thing.

Everyday this number calls me.  I answer, there's silence, then a few beeps and the caller hangs up.  I don't know who or what is calling, but it's happened every day for a week.
