No answer on pickup.

Out of Area shows on caller ID. Nobody on the line.
Called the number and got a recording that said to leave a message. I said, "Take me off your list." Then I gave my number and hung up. If they call again, I will report them to the authorities.

I'm afraid I have no details, as I missed this call. A white pages search told me that this is a land line operated by Allegiance.
