The dude is a bum and born loser. He has been a failure his whole life. In and out of prison and somehow has learned to work a computer. His name is Rayon Payne and calls himself Keko Mardi and he is ridiculiously sad guy. He just sits on the computer and call and text people. He trys to extort and blackmail people to stop his extortion tactics but he is really just a lil old man with no friends. Never to be seen in any streets of america and has never had any finacial connection to anything. No one knows him but the people he trys to blackmail by making up lies to extort money. He works with the police and it is documented thats why he doenst stop. Its truly sad.

He only texts or calls known prostitutes who advertise on Backpage or Craigslist. He doesn't bother anyone else. They are mad because they use the phone to answer calls from their escort/prostitution ads on Backpage, Craigslist and other websites that cater to prostitution.

File a police report today. He just put my number on Craigslist in over 10 cities. I filed my police report around 1pm today. This guy is crazy. After investigating his number we found more info on him. His name is Rayon Payne and he has been convicted of rape before. Google him he is very scary

THIS NUMBER KEEPS SENDING ME TEXT MESSAGE SPAM. I ASKED TO PLEASE OPT OUT. THEY REPLIED WITH " YOURE IN AND YOU CANT GET OUT" THEN HE TEXT ME OVER AND OVER. EACH TEXT STARTS WITH " B%$##". KEEPS SENDING TEXTS. I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO REPORT IT AND HE DIDNT CARE.
