Folks Just report the calls to 'do not call.gov.' Make sure you're on the do not call list for your house phone. IT  IS STILL ILLEGAL FOR TELEMARKETERS OR THOSE USING COMPUTERS FOR DIALING TO CALL WIRELESS PHONES whether or not you are on the list.. It's a heavy fine. Go to the FCC website and check out the info you need. Keep in mind that it's easy to "spoof" caller ID.
When they called my phone they represented themselves as "PayDay Loans."

Calls and represents self as "Pay Day Loans". Does not id self.

i got a call from that number and it was a male with a foreign accent telling me i won a free cruise. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Have received multiple calls from this number & when I answered, the caller hung up.  I found this forum & called back to have my number removed from the call list and a person who speaks very poor english went into his "sales pitch".  I called back and asked for a person who speaks english & he insisted he does.  I called back again & asked for "Mike Troy" and got the run around.  Finally, I called again & someone who speaks better "english" announced himself as James.  I think I'll just keep calling & tying up their line & wasting their time.

Please remove me from your call list. I appricate the time that you took to waste on calling me not one leaving a mesage. My Motto is if you dont leave a message and ID yourself then you do not get  a call back. Now if you left  a message and left the details, then it should be  up to that person wheter or not they want to call you back... dont you think?

First of all you need the spelling and grammar lessons.
If someone doesn't answer their phone after a couple of times from you calling maybe you should "QUIT" calling that number. It's annoying and a waste of my precious time AND ANYONE ELSES NOT WANTING YOUR SERVICES, WHATEVER THEY MAY BE. I have gotten these calls several times throughout the morning, afternoon & evening. Take a hint...if we don't answer after a few times...GIVE UP!!!!
I would like to know how you got my number in the forst place/ I'm very careful on who gets my number and never sign up for anything on the internet or anywhere else and use my cell phone or any other phone.
And NO I will not give you my number.
I have filed a complaint against this number and several others for the same stupid calls.
I didn't apply for anything and as someone else said if I needed a loan I would go to my bank to get it.

Sir, I respect your level of thinking, but just imagine if you received a call from my end that means i have your number... If i want to harass you why will I ask the number again... Its to stop the call ... rather than not answering it and keeping it in a silent room, I would suggest answer the call and just say please put me on the DNC list... that would save your time and mine cause the calls are dialed by a computer... thanks...

What a very clever way to try and get people to give you their phone number.  Did they teach you that in Scam 101?  Do yourself a favor (and the rest of us who don't wan these calls.  It's ver simple:  if no one answers, or no one provides any information, or if someone says "take me off your list", then just remove that number you just called from your call list.  As far as spoiling your good name when someone writes on this site, you did that to yourself when you took the job.  Which is just another example of the intelligence level of you and your company, whatever it may be.

My personal method of dealing with these calls is simply to remember that Patience is a virtue . . . so, now I wait until the third ring, then go into my very quiet empty guest room, and hit the answer button.  I say absolutely nothing, and let the phone sit there off the hook until they hang up.  If they call again, I do the same thing again.  I can outlast them.  Having raised four sons, I learned a lot of patience.  Hope they are having fun.

For a upfront fee loan scam you need to pay upfront... we dont ask for any up front fee... I think you have been fooled by some1 in the past... I do understand you should have googled it before my friend before giving any upfront money and making a fool out of your self.... anyways we dont want any upfront money and I will ask every1 to never pay any upfront money those are the real scam which take your money away... plzzz stay away from scams and plzz dont spoil my name cause of some bad exp in past... thanks

It's an "upfront fee loan scam" with an upfront fee, no loan, and fly-by-night crooks like "mike troy" running it. Google it sucker.
