My wife received a phone call from a person asking for me. She asked who is this calling...This moron kept on insisting to speak to me. She kept on asking and he kept on his same RUDE manner asking to speak to me. I picked up the phone and told him to get offf the line and not to call me again.
This morning...Low &  Behold I received a call from what I believe a different moron. He asked for me and told me he was from AHG - Firefighters Fundraising ??? - I immediately hung up. I am contacting the telephone company to file a complaint.
By the way...they use several different numbers ( 347-492-7614) & (718-676-6982) - When yopu call these numbers back...you get a message saying they are disconnected.
I hope that their families are receiving these annoying RUDE and totally bogus calls, while these MORONS are making calls to decent folks.

asked for my wife....said who's calling....mumbled something in grotesque brooklyneese and hung up

I've been getting calls from this number daily. They hang up immediately when I answer. I called back and got the message that the number had been disconnected.

I just got a call from this AHG place and they asked for my wife who isn't home.  when i said that and asked who was calling he said it's a courtesy and hung up.  The Phone number was 718 676 7929.

I also just got a call from AHG, same number. The person mumbled something and then hung up.

718-676-7924 caller id read AHG and male identified himself as calling from firefighters fundraising association.  He asked for (the person whose name the phone number is listed under) and when I said the person was not available, could I get a call back number, he just hung up.

At 7'30 P M I get this call from 718-676-7930  and the name came up as AHG asked for me by my last name  when I said yes he said thank you and hug up

I just got the same call. It came up as AHG and a man asked for me. When I said I was on the phone, he promptly hung up. Who are they and what are they doing???? And how did they get my name and number when I'm unlisted????

I got a call from them, they asked for me by name, I said it was me, and they hung up. WTF? anyone know what this is?

Yeah, I could hear the "mill" in the background, some boiler room where this D****Head was calling from. Other voices were doing the same thing...making garbage calls to waste the time of decent people. Mr. Dumb Moron Voice was about to go through his pitch for scamming me on behalf of firefighters or whatever. I hit my key pad and gave him a note... like the back-up on a truck...beep, beep, beep. The sullen turd-brain grumbled "That's mature." Right, as mature as wasting everyone's time with your scams, Melon Head. If you can't take someone being pesty right back at you, stick a fire hose up your rancid butt.

Caller ID says AHG.  No Message, however others here have reported an AHG using other (718) 676 - numbers.
