Same message.  Wont give name of company.  States I am not qualified to speak to his supervisor.  Answers questions with questions.  Gave me address, its the same address that I was given 7 months ago.  Sent certified letter asking them to stop calling and file complaint as they had promised to do however it was returned by the US Postal Service.  Filed complaint with FTC and KY Attorney General Office.  Even if they were true collectors they step way out of the realm of collection laws and consumer protection Acts.  They have called so many times they provoked me to cuss.  FAKE!!!  FRAUD!!!!

I am an idiot! These guys called me. I got so nervous about it. I actually gave them my information and paid them $1300. I used to use payday loans and I thought I hadn't paid them all off. Now, about a year later guess what!  They are calling me again. This time though, they can go straight to hell.

I started receiving phone calls at work from this number. Same thing. I owe some Payday America or something like that. A claim is filed against me. Caller's name is Scott Johnson. Funny, that in whatever Foreign Country this call comes from, they would have a name of Scott Johnson. I argue with them, and they will swear at me, and then hang up! I have called our local police department and they have called to tell them to quit harassing me, but they hang up before the police can say anything! They have my SS# which PISSES ME OFF!

I think these are the same people that were constantly calling me about a year ago. Anytime i asked them for company info they would change the subject. If i am not mistaken the original group called themselves the Department of Justice (seriously they did) and they were busted up by one of our government agencies. That group was out of pakistan. They started calling again in june of 2012 so i treat them the same way as i did the other group, i get them angry and they start cussing and swearing....too funny. No matter what you say they will not stop calling. But whatever you do; do not give out or verify any personal info.

This number is 718-732-0153 is a scam. the caller identified himself as Justin and stating a claim was made against me. a total scam.  and the caller has an accent.

Received a call from this number 718-732-0153 and claiming to have case filed against me.  This is scam and have used different number mostly New York zip codes.  Callers appears to be from India.
