THis number called my home twice..left no message. They are a scam so don't even answer the phone. THeir number is a Bklyn NY #..do not talk tothem nor do u give them any info...

They call for my wife and then hang upwhen we ask who is calling. The caller id reads cellular caller. very strange, unsettling really!

Just to let you know, you may receive another call from the same people with the same scam, vulgarity just different number.  Do not answer calls from 315-498-9580.

Vulgar, abusive and relentless when told we are on the do not call list.  Made various threats.  Needs to be stopped.  It appears that the do not call list is worthless.

I reported him via Donotcall.gov. Hopefully they are able to catch this guy. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY INFORMATION!!! Instead, have fun with him and give him the run around til he hangs up. Comedy and entertainment could ensue. Be creative and ask him how much debt is he in.

I just reported him to the FCC via Donotcall.gov.  He called me this afternoon and I cut him off when he began speaking and told him I was on the Do Not Call list. He said something back to me that I didn't understand and hung up. The same number just called me again and when I answered (prepared to have him for dessert), they hung up on me. Just continue to report the number.

i got the call today this lowlife said my credit card is over 8000 dollars. But i said how can that be and i said give me the name of the card that's over the top and he wouldn't give it to me and he got so p o it would make  a cobra cry. So i told this lower than a snake belly that i have NO CREDIT CARD boy did he got mad them phone got quiet about a second or two he hang up. so i called my bank and he said there was no trouble because i have no card and last thing i got to said is     THIS IS THE AMERICA LAND OF THE FREE NOT HOME OF THE GIVE ME YOUR MONEY BECAUSE I'M TO LAZY TO WORK. so people work hard and free but don't give your money to the lowlifes tell them to go get a job and stop stealing yours.

Scammers trying to call me again.  Had similar experience as others above calling from a different number.  I refuse to answer.  Thank goodness for caller ID.....

Person screamed at me in phone when I told them not interested in what they were selling or surveying. I hung up and he calls back.

The same just called me..  I hung up on him and he called back 7 times in a row...  I refused to answer and he won't leave a  message on my answering machine.

YES THIS PERSON CALLED 15x IN 2 DAYS!!! SAID MY WIFE OWED $10,000.00 ON BAD DET. THEN THEY ASKED ?.GIVE THEM MY ACCT.#,WHEN I SAID NO SHE GOT MAD SAYING VERY BAD THINGS TO ME ,THEN I HUNG UP ON HER (SHE CALLES RIGHT BACK),OVER AND OVER!!!!!  SHE CALLED ONCE AN MY 12 YEAR  OLD DAUTHER ANSWERED  THE PHONE,THIS PERSON TOLD  HER THAT I HER FATHER WAS DOING  BAD THINGS. WHAT TYPE OF PERSON WOULD DO THIS AND WHY??? CALLED FCC MADE A COMPLAINT. ALSO SENT IT TO NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST AS WE ARE ON IT. ALSO CALLED OUR PHONE CO.,AND IF THEY FIND THEM WE WILL FILE CHARGES, THIS IS A CRIME .I WONDER WHAT THIS PERSON IS GETTING OUT OF THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I told 'em I couldn't talk at the moment as I was too busy getting a b***job from Mohammed, "could you please call back?"  Then I slammed the phone off the kitchen floor.  Haven't heard from 'em yet?  Oh well...

This number has constant been calling me every 15 to 30 mintutes. They said  they could save me money if I am $10,000 in debt when I refuse to speak with them they call back and call me a b***h. What can be done about this situation it is very annoying I am senior citizen and do not fell well have the time.

I received 2 calls from some lady who did not have a very good grasp of the English language.  I did not give her much of a chance to explain herself as I do not talk to telemarketers or customer service reps outside of the United States.  She did mention she was calling from some financial company and I hung up, knowing very well I owed her nothing and that she could not sell me anything.  The first call was at around 10:30 this morning.  There was another call from the same number today again at nearly 4:30 p.m.  I recognized the number and just hit the answer button twice to disconnect the call.  I am so glad I looked this number up tonight.  I will spread the word to others not to even bother answering!

Today, May 19, 2010, I was at my daughter's home babysitting for my 5 year old grandson when her land line phone rang.  My grandson ran to get the phone before I could get there, but I was listening to his end of the conversation before he handed me the phone.  The last thing he said to this person, was that his name was Drew.  I said "Hello" to the caller and "may I help you?"  By name she asked me if my son-in-law or his wife was there, whereupon, I told her they were both working and who was calling.  She didn't respond to that, but I asked her why she was asking for my 5 year old grandchild's name.  She said, in her foreign accent voice, "You have a problem with me asking his name?"  I said yes, I do.  Again she said, "You have a problem with me asking his name?"  Again, I said yes.  Once again, she said it again.  I hung up on her.  She immediately called back and said, "You have a problem with me asking his name, another three times.  I was so angry with her mocking me, said a short expletive and hung up again.  Again, the phone rang and the caller ID showed it was her again.  I did not answer the phone this time.  Again, (4th time) the phone rang and I answer the phone and she said, "You f***ing b***h."  I was floored.  I tried to call this number (718) 755-4985 back to see who it was that was calling and a recording said that this is not a working number.  I assume it was a marketing company of some kind but as yet have not found out the answer to that question.   Looking on line I noticed that other people are getting strange phone called from this same number.  What can be done about people who do not identify themselves and harrass a person?

I got a call from IND PERSPECT the person started to give me his spell. And he got two seconds into his speech and I told him today is not the day to call me. He said, I will call you back in 3 hours and hung up.  He called back and before he started I said you are on speaker phone and I have guests and they are listening. And before you start I want you to take me off your call list. He did not like that. I continued to speak, If I need your information I will call you because I have your phone number on my caller ID. (He knows very well that it is not a working phone number and did not offer another number for me to call.) I said is that clear. He said I was rude. I told him my time is very valuable and again I requested my name and number off his company's call list. He said, I was not a nice person. I said, that does not matter to me. Again, I said, are we clear on what I want? He said yes. I said then we have no further business to discuss. Goodbye. He called back, calling himself Adam. I told him this is the third time you have called me. Now listen carefully TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALL LIST. Are we clear now? Adam yes. Goodbye. If he calls again he's stupid.

This # called--He was Dave Smith.  If he gets money out of you he will sell all your info to another scammer and she will call you at work--especially if you have changed your phone number.  He has used names like Mike Hopkins, Tom O'Brien , etc.  Of course with his middle eastern accent you know darn well that its not his name.  These all started after using a check and go cash loan place!!!!

Got a call from this number, so I looked it up & found this.  I did not answer, and now I surely won't.

Caller ID was "IND PERSPECT"

This number just called. It sounded like a robocall and then hung up when I said hello. The caller id said IND PERSPECT. I called back and a recording said "The number you dialed is not a working number. Please check the number and dial again." It repeats this message in Spanish.

file complaint with donotcall.gov, and fcc, and also when answering phone for 'unvailable/out of service/unassigned' callers, do one of 2 things - give them the number to the White House - or just answer with 'number has been changed to a non published number' = either of those def work

Male said he was from some financial company and that I owed 10 thousand dollars according to my file. When I asked how/why on earth he had my "file" he backed off and said that he didn't have my "financial records". When I asked him how much HE owed he replied that he didn't owe anything - so I told him to go buy a Toyota and live it up.

Call from 718-755-4985 leaving a message that I was $10,000 in debt infuriated my husband who went on a four hour tirade along with every profanity he could muster up and all directed at me.  Who are these people that are exempt from the " do not call"  list and use cell numbers to mask their scam.......Had  similiar call from another number but did not keep it so cannot report it.

Has called three times today, once asking for husb... he is using fake phone numbers and pretends to be from some kind of financial co. Sounds like the same guy who called us last month and when I said take us off call list he told me to "shut up" and put my husb on phone ... I'm like, "excuse me?" and he told me to shut up again .. then I started laughing  and he told me to learn manners, that it was rude to laugh at him. I've filed a complaint with FCC...

They call my for debt relief and they wouldnt identify the business or address.  The guy eventaully says they are Blue Star Finance.  So after they wouldnt tell me where they are from I hang up and they immediately call me back. I say to stop calling and put me on the do not call list and I hang up.  They have the nerve to call me back seconds later and ask why I am being uncooperative.    i say they are now harassing me and the guy hangs up on me.  WOW!

The same jerk called me from Blue Star Financial and threatened me and my wife. I told him to come to my house. He had my address and said he would be here in 20 min.  How does this knucklehead get away with this.  I told him to call back when he could speak the English language.

Some bimbo called asking for my husband, who wasn't home, so I asked if I could take a message and she said no (in her best child-like voice) and when I asked who was calling she hung up.
