I have been getting these calls over the last three days and from what I'm reading this is a scam , but I'm taking it to that local law Enforcement office to get this matter cleared up tired of these damn calls when the phone is not even in my name

I received two phone calls from 718-807-4745 in two days. The second call I answered and the woman on the phone asked me if I could receive documents for a "Rose" something or other.  As I do not know a person named Rose I made as much clear and the woman on the phone stated that she would remove my telephone number from the database. In case they don't follow through in removing my telephone number I added their number to my two telephone "Block" listings so that any other attempts by that number to contact me will automatically be blocked and my phone won't ring (a feature available to Comcast Telephone customers and to owners of recent Panasonic cordless telephones).

Called, left no message. I don't return calls from unknown numbers unless a message is left.

Called my husband saying I'm being sued and they need to have me call some number to avoid being served. They called me later in the evening from a phone that had a lot of static in the background. I told them I didn't understand what they were saying and then hung up. My mother called the number back and it is a magic jack phone number;  no one answers. Scam!

I just had this happen to me....they called my sister and my aunt and said the same thing.

Got a call from this number and they told me that someone (another company--unnamed of course) needs to serve court papers and if after 2 tries and no one is there (at home or work) then a warrant would be issued.  They were calling in regards to my aunt (who doesn't even live or work in the United States) and told me I had an hour to have her call another number 877-407-3426 to give her location for these papers to be served.  TOTAL SCAM!!

Just got the call again from 718-807-4745 asking if I knew a Todd French and could receive documents for him.  They DID say that my phone number was associated to my name (used my correct name) and that Todd French had put me down as a contact for him....

Not sure what they wanted.  I just told them I've never heard of Todd French and to remove me as a contact for him and from any calling list they may have my number on.

The rude lady from this number called me saying someone is going to file a complaint against me and did not say anything more even after asking who and why etc. and I have 1 hour to straighten things with them or they will deliver summons documents. Even gave me my case number to call to 1-877-407-3426. Looks like scammer. I will not call them.

Called requesting info

NBS is a "locating Service" - the person they asked for under the pretext of "Legal Documents to deliver" - I have NOT spoken with since 2/18/1991 back in NH. .... I am related to the person they are seeking - therefore I assume they are running old  contacts who have moved etc.  I have already filed with the DO NOT CALL registry and intend to file with every agency I can .......

Second time I've gotten a call from this type of scammer. First time it freaked me out, this time I was prepared. What annoys me more is they called my parents too. This is not how a summons works.

This number 718-807-4745 calls & never leaves a message. I refuse to answer a call from some number that I do not recognize. My caller ID says this call is from Saint Albans New York. I am almost positive it is another scammer.

This number just called me and wanted to speak to my son.  The woman said that he was going to be served a summons and they needed to speak with him immediately.  They gave me this #855-785-2514 along with a file number.  The woman would not answer any questions and said that my son had one hour to call the number or he would be served at home or at his place of work.  If the courts are going to serve you, they are going to serve you.  Glad that I didn't fall for the scam.

Couldn't understand everything they said other than the name "Todd French."  Possibly something about receiving documents for Todd French??

They called at 1:11 pm asking if someone is going to be home to have a summons delivered.  

They call and said that I'm being sued, when I ask for info they said that I need to call a different number... I call back and all I get is that they are MPS.

Called me and someone filed a complaint against me but would not give me details said to call another number i just hung up its most likely a scammer

This # calls for me but won't give any info just asks for my address and when I refuse they get snappy and hang up

Every time this number calls they hang up before you can answer it.
