This guy called about credit card consolidation. I said no thanks and remove me from your list. He said he would call ten times a day then hung up. I called back and asked to speak to his supervisor. He flipped out and started yelling and cursing, telling me how I had just messed up and promised I would have to change my phone #. He put me on several list to have me called. I received 72 calls one day about 50-60 everyday for the last couple of days. My email is full of porn websites wanting my verification on my subscriptions. Sometimes during the day he calls to let me know this is all my fault and how hes responsible, with lots of cussing. Pizza Hut called about my order for 12 pizzas that I never come to pick up. Spencer Gifts called to let me know my packages were ready. The post office called about an unusually large order of junk mail requested for my address. Sometimes when he calls the caller id shows up as the local police or sheriffs dept.

I got called about 2weeks ago from that number. He asked about credit cards. I told him I just got out of high school and havent started working yet, and I dont have any credit cards. Not even one. Then he said 'you must be black right?' I was so shocked!! I stood there for a second and finally said "yes". So he comes back with "Is there anybody white there? You know, someone that might be working?' I just hung on him. After seeing your stories im glad thats all that happend. I know this had to b the same guy, cause nobody else has ever been that rude!

This guy called friday night at 8:45 pm. I said "No thank you, please take me off your list". He said he would have them call me 10 times a day and hung up. I had his number so I called back and asked to talk to a supervisor. He started screaming profanity telling me I had no idea how bad I had just messed up. He promised to "Blow up my phone with phone calls. He was going to put me on 500 list". He said he had my home address and then read it to me. He then kept calling me back until 2am. I have a wife and two young nieces that live here also.
 The nex morning at 8am my house and cell phone started ringing. All day long. I received 72 calls on Sat. Sometimes it would be him letting me know he was responsible and how it was all my fault. When he did call, the caller id showed up as the Larance County sheriffs office.

 One of the telemarketers that called, said the information he recieved that was from "me". Said to call immediatly and late in the evening if they had to until they got a hold of me.

I noticed this afternoon the phone number has been disconnected.

I've filed 4 counts of Identity Theft with my local police departement. The are currently investigating.  I'm on my way down to the court house right now to file a civil lawsuite against the guy.  I have his current address and will personally fly to NY and serve him.

I received a similar phone call from the guy, when i said no he threatened me and said i would be getting 50 phone calls a day.  my phone hasn't stopped ringing since and i'm receiving phone calls and junk mail from several debt consolidation companies.  i've contact the NYC police departement and my local police departement and am in the process of filing several criminal charges against the guy.
