Just received two calls from this group.  Jason Brown called first to inform me that I will be served papers through the court system and that they wanted my lawyer's information.  When I requested that I have the information sent to me so that I may verify what they say is correct, they told me that they could not since a number of attempts had been made via email.  If you can reach me by phone at work and on cell, why can't a "lender" that I used can't.  Asked that I do not receive any more calls at work and mutually hung up the phone.  then his "supervisor", Brenda, called back to ask what was my lawyer's name so that they could contact them.  Then she threaten to call my supervisor, even after I told them I was the supervisor.  Something has to be done and has to be done now!  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  This has gone far too long.

I received a call from Kevin Jones telling me if I didn't return the call, good luck to me.  I didn't return the call so he called me at work.  He told me I had stolen money from a payday loan because when they tried to collect their money via electronic payment, there were insufficient funds in my account.  I asked what company he was talking about and he said Advanced America Cash Advance.  He wanted to know if I wanted to take care of this and referred me to Justin Brooks.  Mr. Brooks tried to get me to pay $684.00 today in order for them not to file on me at noon today.  I asked what law firm he was calling from and he said Richard Ross law firm.  I asked where they were located and he said Washington. I found a number for Advanced America Cash Advance, called, they said I never had a loan with them and this was all a scam. It's very scary that they have so much information about me.  The telephone number they are using is a land line in the Bronx, New York.

I received a call from someone who said their name is "Jason Brown," although it sounded like a female with a thick Indian accent.  She was threatening Darrell something, saying it was a warning, time sensitive, "don't disregard this message, call now; if I don't hear from you or your attorney, all I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you."  I did not call them back.

I received a call from "Kevin Jones" saying if I don't return a call back, that all he can do is wish  me luck.  I am working with a Credit Councilor,and everything that I know, is being handled by them.

That number keeps calling me to and threatening me.  Telling me im going to go to prison.   Now they are calling my boss at work.    I told them yesterday my lawyer was going to get them for harassing me.                    Is this even a legit company?

The accent is very heavy

they have all my information how I dont know.... but they are telling me they have a legal case pending with my name and information...........but wont give me the copy of the affidavit

I got a call from this numder one guy said call William Page. When i called Kevin Miller answered and would't call William Page to the phone. After a few minutes of holding the phone he hung up and called back later . This time he was threatnening me with a loss pay at my job.

"Kevin Jones" called today for an employee.  All calls from these "trash" come straight to me.  This is a new number for him. We've spoke before. It's all a scam.

These calls can sometimes be linked to payday loan applications you make online. When they call, they have all your information, so it sounds like a collection agency. However, do not give out any information. If they have a legitimate debt, they can give you the name of the creditor and information about the account. If they cannot, DO NOT give them personal information or agree to send money. Most of the time the frauds want you to wire them money or give them permission to debit your bank account to satisfy a debt that they threaten you about. Ask for the information in writing about the debt. If they won't give it to you, tell them you are calling the police and hang up.

Yes finally someone else feels my pain phone number 718.841.6490 calls me ten times a day and they are threatening calls from same person always a different name advising I need to call back asap and they wish me well if I don't the guy has a very strong accent I don't know what else to do or how to stop this or even how they got my information any suggestions?????

Yes!  i've been receiving them over the past several months and have even tried calling back to tell them the person they are trying to reach doesn't work at this number.  I've had them identify themselves as James Brown ....

I received a call from another phone number asking for some unknown individual to call back to this number. The person on the call had a thick Middle Eastern accent and called himself "James Oscar". He said the person, or an attorney, should call back imeedicately "or else". Sounds like a phony call to me. I didn't call it back.
