this number keeps calling with some correct info on me saying i owe money from a payday loan when my account was not even open yet! telling me they are going to take me to court and will not give any info about this case!

They are telling me the same thing. I don't have a payday loan. All I've done was inquire about some online and now all of the sudden these people keep calling me. They can barely speak English and are rude a** hell. I've been told that they are going to have my SSN deactivated and they are taking me to court. I've reported them to the FCC

They have called me six times in a row already.. They keep calling. They have left messages on my machine and everything.
