Keeps calling me everyday i told them NO about a dozen times. What is there problem?

It's only 2:30 pm & I've already gotten 5 calls form these people...It goes on every day... I tell them I'm not interested & to take me name off their call list, but they just ignore me....Since they either don't care, or are complete morons, I started getting ignorant with them, but that hasn't worked either.....WTF is the deal with these ******** ??? Why can't they get the message & take no for an answer ???? At this point, I wouldn't deal with them if they were the only game in town.....The last caller said" Well if you don't care, I don't care !" I don't know what she meant by that , but my phone rang again with their phone number on my screen, not long after. I didn't answer.... These people suck....
