It is a NEW YORK CITY debt collector who is not even using people but an automated message. How can this be legal to just start a machine saying that a person owes a debt. Now here is the kicker. It is for a NEW YORK CITY hospital but I live in Virginia.

when i answer this phone call no one says anything back. I called it one and a wierd voice(sounded like they were faking it)said they were looking for chris santiago then they hung up after i said "who?".

They just called me twice what the hell!!!!!!, ok i just got a voicemail and says that the companys name is IPR financing thing, they collect uncollected debt

this number keeps calling me every night at around 6pm. when i call back it is busy, right away. the phonecall ends as soon as I answer. when i call back it rings, then a bunch of dialing noises are heard. after that - silence.
