Lady with an East Indian or similar accent asking for a "Bandar" or "Bandarin" Smith.

Kept calling my cell phone, I tried to call the number and got a recording that the number is NOT in service.  They called again, I answered, it was a foreign lady trying to offer me assistance with any type of debt (credit cards, medical bills, etc.) I have.  Ironically, I have no credit cards OR debt.

Keep getting calls from foreign people.  This is a business number.  They ask for my husband, I tell them he is not here, they hang up on me.  They call several times a week.  AAAHHHHH!!!!  driving me nuts!

Foreign man claiming to be from some sort of credit union to lower my debt. I asked how he got my number (cell phone) and he said he got it from the "data base." I told him to take me off of it and he was like "But don't you want to lower your credit card debt?"

whoever you are or whomever u r STOP STOP CALLING MY CELL! I DONT KNOW YOU AND YOU DONT ME. SO GET A LIFE AND STOP CALLING ME / CAUSE I DIDNT ASK YOU TO CALL ME!

How do these fools get our CELL NUMBERS AND I GET SO SICK OF THEM CALLING ME AND TAKING THE TIME TO CALL AND WASTE MY MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got FIVE phone calls from these people today.  Initially, a pleasant but pushy Indian-sounding woman called to tell me she could lower my credit card interest rates, and then asked me a series of questions (are you trying to pay down credit cards or are you still using them? is the debt under or over $5000?).  When she did not acknowledge me saying "I'm not interested" twice, I hung up.  She called back three times in a row.  I picked up on the third one, asked to be taken off of their calling list, at which point she said "alright" and hung up.  A few hours later, a different Indian-sounding woman called offering the same thing, to which I replied "you guys already called me today and I asked to be taken off your calling list". She said "okay" and then hung up.  I don't know if this is a new racket or what, but it's super annoying.  Considering my cell phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, them calling me (especially after my request to be taken off the list) is illegal.  If I get another call from them, I am going to ask to speak to a supervisor and see if I can find out how they got my number.

Same as above, line silent and then hang up. Worrisome. How can hacker get not in service number?

I did not pick up the calls but keep getting calls from 1-718-989-6891 on my cell phone which is on the do not call list.

Just receieved a call from this number on my cell phone, and as it wasn't one I recognized I immediately hit the mute button and put it on speaker.  I could hear nothing but some static and lots of clicking.  Call duration - six seconds until the caller hung up.  I do believe I've seen this number my Caller ID previously? I've added it to the DNA (Do Not Answer) list on my phone.

I'm in Texas - He called asking who took care of the ATT account. I said I do and he proceeded to ask me how many phones my company has. Isaid - "I really don't want to talk to you and besides, how do I know you are really from ATT?" At this point, there was a pause and he hung up.

He had a British accent.

I just got a call from this number - the man on the other end (with an Indian or Pakistan accent) was trying to see if I wanted help with debt management. He was trying to tell me that my debt was in the several thousands, I told him the only debt I had was in the FEW hundreds. He asked for me by first name only and did not give out any information about himself or his company. Then he hungup or got disconnected.

I just received a call from this number, & I could not understand all of what the caller was asking.  We are a computer repair business, but for some reason I get more solicitation for my business on my cell phone that at the office number.  

He was rambling on something about Merchant Services, & a recent customer.  Although he did have my 1st name at least, I informed him to call our offices & hung up.

I keep getting calls from this number too.  I have no idea who they are.  I added it to my reject list.  I do not know anyone in the Bronx in New York.  This is where the area code is.  I don't answer it and I do not call it back.

I keep getting calls from this number even after i tell them not to call again.  They even called 4 times in one day!

I reside in Indiana. About the past two wks this number keeps calling. I tried to call it back to see who or what it was and all I got was a recording saying that this number is not in service. Just wanted to see if anyone knew who or what this number was?

I reside in california. Yet for the past month and a half this phone number keeps calling. The part that freaks me out is that the calls have become more frequent and on top of that when I try to call the number back, there is an automated response saying that "this number is not in service."
