Tim who said that they do the who month to month membership and keep charging even though you supposedly cancel is telling the truth.  I wasn't under contract but they tried to send the months after I canceled to a debt collector. They screw you over BIG time.  Golds gym SUCKS.

this guy is from golds gym or a collector from some company but yes i get this call all the time he does call about every day.

Follow the steps in what you kneed to know, send them a cease and desist letter via certified US mail. You can also report them to your State Attorney General, the FTC and CFB..

A collection agency that wants $23 for a fitness-first gym membership which I cancelled a year ago when Golds Gym bought them out because didn't want to get sucked into this notoriously godawful company nightmare!). Apparently I however did get sucked in and now they've reported a measly $23 to my credit. So pissed off right now. And yeah they outsource their callers to some a$$holes overseas. NEVER JOIN GOLDS GYM. They are HORRIBLE.

This is a scam run by Gold's Gym. They sell you a membership saying it's month to month, but then they make it impossible to cancel the membership. Nobody will help or answer any calls. You have to close the credit card you give them to get them to stop billing. Then they turn you over to a collection agency. My advice is to be prepared to close your credit card and always give them fake info when you join.

Some low life debt collection scam. They call trying to convince you to pay a debt yiu don't even owe (usually for Gold's Gym. I'm in a freakin wheelchair, why would I ever join Gold's Gym) Last time they called I blasted them with my air horn and hung up. Hope their ears are still ringing. Blocked the number.

Have received repeated calls with no voicemail left. Not anyone I know.

Those 'good f..riends "is FIRST CREDIT SERVICES.  They are a debt collector" it is true.
They bother me from time to time, hate them. Will block them again.
Something to do with Gold's Gym. I wrote GG management that they use those low life's dudes to collect some debt, was no response from GG , who is  you know who, big times too.

Keeps calling he knows I am not the one he wants to speak to.

Called about a credit card debit.  I said how in the H*** can I have a credit card debt when I don't have any cards.  He said he would connect me with his manager to get my name off the list.  I said like H*** he would and hung up.  Still calls and I ignore.

They continually call (from various numbers) none of the callers "speak good english" and they insist that someone in my household owes them big money.  They are asking for a name that does NOT live, or has ever lived, in my household, the name they ask for could be a very poor, sloppy pronunciation, of a childhood name but not any name that would be on a contract.
 The debt they are supposedly owed is for a membership to Gold's Gym from more than 6 years ago.  Statute of Limitations is 36 months on an unsecured debt of this kind.  I have repeatedly asked/demanded that all demands for payment be sent to me via US Mail and include detailed itemization of all charges.  

It is FIRST CREDIT SERVICES.  They are a debt collector.

Some Hindu guy called me saying that he's going to transfer me over to his manager to discuss some debt I have. Guy had my name which pisses me off more. I told him no not to transfer me because even my caller ID mentions that it could be spam so I said no and hung up. I've dealt with them before but with a different number.

This number and 9 others contacted me over and over witin a 20 minute period?  Don't know what kind of scam this is and hopefully I don't get billed they just sat there.  I called back 4 of the numbers 2 were americans and 2 sounded like they had an indian accent?  One of the american's said that they were looking for some girls name that was not me.  I said you have the wrong number and she said that is weird it is programed in my phone.  I should have asked if she had called her friend in the last 10 years because that is about how long I have had the number.  They only stopped when my husband called them from another number and ripped their a**!

This "GUY" keeps calling and yes his English is worse than Fidel Castro :) and He's Cuban....

Well this number actually asks for my name then says their boss wants to talk barely speaks english didnt let me speak so hung up no idea what this is about.

This number calls my phone almost everyday. Never leaves a message though.

Same thing happens to me! I can hardly understand him and he asks for Juan. I keep telling him he has the wrong # but that doesnt stop him from calling back. SO ANNOYING.

Some dude calls almost every day asking for someone by the name of gay? Told him this is a business and don't call back, but he keeps calling. He can't speak English well. Sorry I'm just saying. You know maybe he is looking for someone GAY. Still wrong number!
