they say they are calling in reference to snag a job

This is because ypu've probably applied for a job, and they gave your info to a college recruiters, or sales whatever they do... so they are  trying to advertise their college and trying to sign you up for it.

Oh my goodness, these people can't get their act straight. Got my number off the list, hopefully won't be hearing from them again.

I have been getting the calls too.  I called the number back and the lady was very nice. She put me on their do no call list and apologized.  We did not even talk about why they were calling. It is over now.   Thank goodness as the calls would start early in the morning and continue into the evening.  I have been applying for jobs too and wonder if this is how they got my number..hmmm

Returned Call no answer

They called me and i answered and all i heard was shuffling papers and breathing....CREEPY!!!

They are a furthering education calling company. I applied for Hawaii summer jobs and that is why they are calling. Just call the number back, they are very nice, and ask to be taken off the list. :)

The same number has called me 3 times today, woke me up this morning, called during an exam today, and finally just now. WHY??? So annoying!!!

I keep getting calls from this number and hate it, they start so early in the morning and keep on during the day... they leave no message, I am on the do not call list, so why do they keep calling. I recently applied for a position on line and it asked if your interested in going back to college, I said no and they still call..... stop calling already..

I've been getting calls from this number as well. After reading the posts here, I called the number back. He said they were "College Bound" so I just asked to be taken off their call list. The guy was really nice and said "Not a problem." Hopefully that'll do it!

I recently applied for a job that asked me if I'm interested in furthering my education. I think by saying "yes" they signed me up for a this. Irritating.

I keep getting calls from 718-989-9347, as well as 9353, 9362, & 9343 on my cellphone!!!
I call back from my landline and they say it's college bound something and that someone in my household signed up for something. I said that's not true and the I am going to report them to the authorities!!!

This is ridiculous. Those people keep calling me, too. RIIIING.

Have no idea what College Bound on the caller ID means but I am not answering it.

I have just recently started receiving phone calls from this number and my boyfriend's dad told me to google it. Like most have already reported, they don't leave a voice mail and I am afraid to answer it. I am on the do not call list.

Me too!! I tried to look it up on google but the number dosen't exist! They've called me twice so far today! I'm going to answer it the next time. I'm totally weirded out.

called 7 times in one day...leaves no message.  other numbers corresponding from the original is (718)989-9347, (718)989-9360, and finally (718)989-9362.  Leave no message, and calls start in early AM, throughout 6 or 7 PM.
