The company keeps calling me. And when I get a representative on the phone to tell him to stop calling they just hang up. They won't identify what is calling from. 719-263-8570

Don;t bother reporting them to the Do Not Call list folks it is a complete waste of time. The only bigger scammers than these d-bags are the 525 scammers on Capitol Hill!

so then what is the point of the DNC registry?   Are we all in agreeance that this is not enforced?

I was busy and couldn't answer and refused to answer as I never pick up from a number I don't know. They didn't both to leave a message. Not going to bother calling back. I could careless about these lowlife, scumbags and pray the Feds catch them.

These idiots called me,  and I wouldn't give them the time of day and blocked the number so they can't call back. How can anyone believe these fools???

I have been receiving calls from 719-263-8570 every so often. Not every day but when they do call it's 3 and 4 calls one after another. It originates in Colorado. I added that number to my phone's black list so now I know not to answer. I also tried calling back from work, blocking my job's number and I get a recording that the number is not working or it's been disconnected. Please do not give personal information over the phone unless you initiate the call.

Just got this call, have new phone, not sure how to use options yet, no answer on other end. Thanks for info. Government got case against them in December. Back up from Canada and Mexico in January.  

Only way to get them is harrass the carrier that they use. Dollars to doughnuts they are not registered as a business and paying dirt for all the abuse and since they bounce from number to number, their probably bouncing carriers to.  If they ever ran a check on their system they would see the glutinous abuse.

Who in their right mind would fall for ths anyway?

Now it's a new tactic to lower your student loan debt from the same scammers! It's an illegal robocall soliciting financial services, report them to the FTC and Do Not Call registry for prosecution.

If you work for this place, all I can say is you could do better working at McDonalds. It's honest work.

I pressed 1 to make them think I was interested. I very nicely and politely asked to please be removed from the list. She very politely thanked me and asked me to call 800-938-2777 to be removed from the list. I was so happy! Finally no more calls!!

Um....NOPE, but someone at that number would be more than happy to have sex with me. Unbelievable!!!! That's low and uncalled for. I think I'd rather her have hung up on me!

Why do these people call the cell phones and burn up your minutes? This Bi*** Rachel from CARD SERVICES needs her a** kicked. I am so tired of the damn calls and try to call them back is no use the number is no longer in service, please check the number and dial again. I pushed one on my cell to talk to a person and said hello several times, they did not say a word. Pissed me off. We need to get together with the BBB and see what can be done, by the way I am on the do not call list also. But it doesn't seem to matter.

Even though I am just as annoyed as everyone else in regards to these scammers, but there is not much we can really do to stop them.  As soon as they verified that you have a working number, they continue calling (since it does not cost them a red cent except for internet service) and eventually sell your number to other folks doing the same type of calls.

The best way and only way to stop the calls is to get a number blocking app for your phone.  If you do not have a smart phone then do not answer the call and do not call them back,  since they can track inbound numbers and now they know it is a working number.  I do this with any and all numbers that I do not recognize.  If they really need to contact me, they WILL leave a message.

Got another call from these scammers on Memorial Day, mid morning.  

Asked the operator, "How pathetic your life is that you have to be working as a scam artist on Labor day."  "Not as pathetic as your life," and then he hung up on me.

The sad thing is that I'm sure he thought that was a clever come back, which just depresses me even further.

Can you add your own ringtones to your phone? I found a silent ringtone online recently and downloaded it. It is 10 seconds of silence in either MP3 or WAV format. If you can add your own ringtones, find this file and download it and you'll be all set.

Got a call from this number again around noon today. I wouldn't have known if I hadn't checked my recent calls. My Samsung Galaxy S3 has call rejection and I put the number on the reject list after I got called the last time. Blocked calls get sent straight to voicemail and the phone doesn't even ring. Maybe that will get rid of these scammers.

Exactly what they do.  At one point they said I owed for credit card from 10 years ago. using an old address.  I had to laugh because I didn't have any debt or credit card.  They wanted current credit card or check to pay off this debt. Told her I needed to check with my wife first & got a number to call scammer back on however we ignored it.

Sometimes they say they want to lower my credit card rate. I don't even have a credit card!

I get calls from this number and no one says anything!

Called my cell phone again this morning. My cell doesn't have an option of silent when this number calls, so I previously assigned it the sound of crickets. My cell was chirping crickets today, so I knew  it was a scam call and they called from this number before. I always check this site before I block a number.

It has been a few weeks since they last called.

DONT ANSWER LET IT always go to voice, if it is important they will leave a message.  I found that if I don't answer calls I dont know they go away sooner.  I am so done with these scammers, I just dont answer and they I put them in my blocked calls.  Thanks to these web sites I know they are scammers.

It doesn't help to complain, I report them with every call, I just got 4 missed called within 2 minutes.  The National DO NOT CALL LIST is a joke.  i have blocked as many of these scammers as possible with t-mobile and rotate the numbers every 30 days remove old ones and add new ones. Stopped for awhile

I save the number as a sales number and set the ring tone as silent.

I am on the do not call list and these people have been calling for over 6 months.  Sometimes they answer and sometimes they do not.

Got the call....said hello....and then "Kelly" started talking in her prerecorded voice so I hung up.  Wish there was a way to stop these!!!
