One of my families cell phones is getting calls from this number. We have a restraining order against a prisoner in Four Mile Correction Center. I have the phones under my name so they are breaking the restraining order.

Its Most likely all Prisons in canyon City. I got a call from this # and it was an inmate in Four Mile Correctional in Canyon City, Colorado

I believe this number belongs to the Fremont Correctional Facility (state prison) in Canon City, Colorado.  It's the number that shows up when an inmate there calls.  If you call back immediately, it will say the phone number has been disconnected because it can makes calls, but not accept them.

Received a call (didn't answer) Monday night around 10 pm.  Next day around 2 pm the number had already been disconnected.
