Have had an average of 4 - 5 calls per day for more than a week.  It purports to be some damned bunch of Republicans calling to conduct a survey.  Does not good whatsoever to tell the pests to remove my number from their call list.  The idiots keep right on calling over and over again.  

He was not making excuses, merely stating factual information and offering a solution.  He was also correctly pointing out that this forum is not the venue for filing a complaint. Neither the caller nor anyone who has the ability to investigate calls such as this is associated with this website so complaining here and expecting anything to happen is a mistaken belief.

Well, she is discussing it, and these dbags should not be harassing anyone, much less a 12 year old.  Yes, they should be concerned.  Stop making excuses for jerks.

I finally answered and listened to Cobb Caller (719-359-4401). It appears to be a polling company names 20-20 Insight working on behalf of John Bell of delegate in VA. If true, it is a reason not to vote for John Bell.

This is a discussion board concerning unwanted callers and does not handle complaints.   You need to contact the proper authorities.   It is doubtful that the caller even knows the age of your 12 year old grandson.  If you are concerned,  perhaps taking custody of his telephone until a solution is found would be practical.
Don't expect the caller to be concerned about who is on the other end.

My only recent connection with Colorado Springs is that I gave money to the guys trying to oust the Senate President. My bet is that they are calling for more money - Basic Freedom Defense Fund - or someone raising money for them.

started getting calls from this number also.  5-6 times a week. no response, no message or human. sign me up for any lawsuits!  this is maddening.  I guess we can't expect privacy any longer. Must be NSA.

I am preparing a law suit against these harassers. They need to be taught to stop calling numbers onthe do not call lists. Any one want to join in?

Called my 12 year old Grandson's cell...no message...I tried to call the number, but got NO message, etc.  On the third try, recorded message prompt said call could not go through.  Tried a fourth time and phone just rings and then nothing.  No reason to call him.  onsider this a complaint!

It's a robo-call political survey.  Keeps calling over and over and over and over even though I answer and do ot respond.

I'll vote for any politician who vows to actively support a do-not-call list for these pests and against any politician who tries to justify such calls as "free speech".  If soneone is being paid to make political calls, it's commercial speech and should be prohibited by the existing do-not-call list.

Caller calls a couple of times a week.  I didn't recognize the number so at first didn't answer.  
After more calls I decided to answer and no one responds.  I would say I have had at least 15 calls over several months.

Called the last 2 days. Did not leave a message. Added to blocked number list.

Calls at least once a day.  Hangs up when answer machine picks up.
