They are calling from faternal order of police.  they are a charity.  Once you give them any money they will not leave you alone.  they will hound you to death.  Even when you tell them you haven't a penny to your name they will still say well can you give $10.00 Dollars.

After getting several calls from this number, I dialed it back. A recording said that it's "Police Athletic League". Must be a fund raiser. I've never heard of them before.
