I had an ad for a car on ksl.com and this person asked for pictures and then said he would wire money to a paypal account (sending extra for the shipping).  His email address is gillandglen@blumail.com, phone number 801-901-7282.  Beware!!!

Same thing on a vehicle i have...Thomas Davis, 801.901.7282 , sends text saying he will buy for full price and will include $500 that needs to go to shipper.   Next day he texts again from 484.222.4554 asks if i received paypal money email.  I check my paypal account no money there.  Then he says, what about the "paypal email" did u get that. I check my email and there is an email but its a fake paypal email, obviously.  Until there is money in my paypal account and i withdraw it, then no go.  I called him out and said he was a scam artist and a loser and i never heard from him again.  What an idiot.

Mine was from Thomas Davis at 801-901-7282.  Same Storm as above.  Asked for one full picture of my vehicle (when I have photos posted on ksl.com already).  I sent him a number of photos.  He e-mailed me back offering me the full price for my vehicle, but wants me to accept payment through paypal and will add the extra amount of $500 for me to pay his shipper.  Two things: 1) I will not do a major transaction through Pay Pal (too many scary stories) - I advised it is a cash only transaction.  2) I will not deal with a shipping company (big buyer beware) - told him in-person transaction only.  A couple of red flags for sure.  He made contact yesterday, but has not responded to my e-mail yet since telling him cash and inperson and asking where he is located and where he wants it shipped.  I hate when people waste my time.  I received a real phone call that night by a different buyer, he is coming today, so I think all will end well.

Got a text from 719-377-2096 on 06-21-12 asking to see pics of my vehicle (already have pics on cars.com website). This time he was going by Rob Fiore and please e-mail him @ RobFiore@blumail.org. Then he wanted to know asking price...again, it's on cars.com! Sound fishy? You bet! Then the latest email:  

Am very much interested in buying this vehicle and am okay with details of the vehicle you posted in the ad.i will offer you $5,000.00 for the vehicle and i will pay you using my paypal account. i have a reliable shipping agent that will pick up the vehicle in your location after i have make payment to you using my paypal account.my paypal is attach to my banking account.

I will add the shipping agent fee $500.00 and the vehicle price $5,000.00 together to the paypal payment,making total of $5,500.00 that i will pay into your paypal but you are to forward the shipping agent fee $500.00 to the shipping agent by money gram money transfer to enable the shipping agent meet up with the arrangement regarding pick up of the vehicle in your location after i have make the payment to you.if you don't have a paypal account you can easily set up a paypal account on www.paypal.com

Also you are to send me your physical home address where the shipping agent will pick up the vehicle after i have make the payment.kindly send me your paypal email so that i can make the payment to you asap to avoid delay.

I got a text from this number asking for pictures of my car on mautofied and asked me to send pictures of my car that were already in the website to this email dearljen@blumail.org total scam don't you think

Exact same thing this morning, only his name was Dylan Jude. The number was 719-377-2096.  It felt like a scam from the start so I googled the number.  He saw our ad on ksl.com.  The only responses we had from Craigslist were also scammers.  This is the first time we've encountered scammers on ksl.

Yep. This guy texted me from my ad on KSL.com for a 4-wheeler. Pretty much same thing everyone else has said, only he said his name was "Paul" and the e-mail address he gave me was PaulJohn@blumail.org. The number he texted from was 832-305-7081. Same thing, asked me to e-mail him photos of our bike when there are already photos posted on the ad. But did answer my text back and responded "Ok, will be expecting your response via mail asap thanks."

I was suspicious, so I googled his number and found all your posts. I then texted him back and said "Wow 'Paul,' I just got some information that you are a scam artist..." No answer back from him. Big surprise there. I'm thinking about reporting him to the PD in whatever town his cell phone originates from. What a prick.

Last week Shane Pon, this week Vincent Cole. Both blumail.org.  Saw my truck online for sale and asked for Int and engine photos, even though they were in ad.  First time I replied, he accepted online price and mentioned Western Union.  End of that.

his new name is Shane Pon; same blumail email   He is back to trying to scam for cars....

I recieved a call  and text message Hi I am Jack wanted to see pix. of a rooom that is already posted on info tube.  Sounds super fishy now that I hve seen reviews for this number.

Today he's Harry White.  Wants pics of my car that are already posted.  Sick of scammers wasting my time.

I got a text from this number saying his name was Jack (pun?) and that he was interested in my house I have listed for sale on Infotube.net. He asked me to send a living room picture of the property listed to his email address, then sent me his email also. Funny thing is, I also have my email listed on this ad, so why didn't he just email me? I mentioned nothing about my phone receiving text messages... only to call or send an email to set up a time to view. I'm not responding... not only would I be getting multiple spam texts on my phone (which I expect now, until I block the number) but I would most likely start receiving multiple spam emails, if he/she hasn't already grabbed my email from the listing too. These people need to get a life! I don't understand the point or the pleasure they get from this type of thing!

Receive daily messages from larrymaroney@blumail.org wanting pictures of my bike that is posted on craigslist in North Carolina.  Also wants the price. WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE!! GET A LIFE!

So like the rest of you i got the text for my car that is up for sell.
What scammers do is send you r fake check or money order. It takes the bank 7 days to find the check to be a fake.
Before the 7 days is up, they show up and collect your property, and hand you a second check for the remaining balance. so you deposit the second check.
The end result is both checks are fake, and your property is gone.

After finding out that info I came across this discusion, I think it's so great the way everyone here shares whats going on and helps protect each other.  I am very puzzled by why do they do this? OMG! This is scary! i got a text form this guy asking for pics of a vehicle im selling on craigs and i did send them because, i wasn't able to post them on my ad. but i was a little skeptic when his phone had a different area code. so i got some fraud/scams tips on my email from craigs and i decided to investigate. thank you all for sharing ur experience hopefully this guy get what he deserves!

I got a text asking for pics of my bike on cycletrader. Pics are up there. his email address for the photos was martinvan@blumail.org.
He's a busy little s***.

I have my bike for sale on Craig's list and this number text me askin for pictures. There are pictures in the ad. I told this person to look at the ad again and they said they were unable to find pictures online. It's a scam.

ya same thing here. i have a car for sale on the big lot--dont ask---anyways text on my phone read "my name is thomas,interested in buying the vehicle forsale on thebiglot,send me pic's of the vehicle to my email ID as follow thomasdavis@blumail.org"         sounded a bit fishy and demanding. same as everyone else there are already pictures on the website. really pisses ya off when you just want an interested buyer and you have to fish through these false ppl.

I received a text from a David lourie(@blumsil.org) about buying a car that I have up for sale..I thought something was weird when he asked me for certain info about me and he would send a non refundable $500 check...I'm glad I decided to jump on the internet to verify!

yup good thing i looked up this number..the emails have been fishy..same as everyone else one here has been saying.the persons sent me emails saying send me pictures to there email id as follows..and i already had pictures of my wheeler on craigslist.. only wil answer to emails wont answer the # they txt me from.also just asked for my paypal email so they could pay me..haha ya scams..its people like this who mess up these good selling websites such a craigslist..whats this world coming too.
