I received a call from this number 3-4 times a day!.My ex friend Donald d Wiley who hates being black. Now has a STD. So he is very angry. And bitter. So he stalks people and photography them and post all their information and pictures. Because he is very bitter. He likes to destroy people. Those are hus words. If you friend him on Facebook and dislike a post. He see's you as a enemy. And gives out your number and pictures everywhere .....He's a stalker with a STD.

Phone scam. If you really want to mess with them, do the following.
1) Answer the phone!
2) Act interested for a while.
3) After a bit, tell them your phone is beeping and will hang up any second.
4) Tell them you are very interested and have them call you back on your other line.
5) Your "other line" is a) The local FBI office. 2) The local PD 3) The White House. I really like to give them the White House phone number. The White House doesn't take fake calls very well.
Sit back and laugh as the scammers dial up their worst nightmare.

Another one of the spoofed numbers used by the card service scammers in their attempts to rip us off. Google my name to learn how to stop their annoying calls, while also having some fun!
Shamrock4ever 2013-11-12 21:51:57 Unknown
Why are you people so bloody naive, this website has nothing to do with the calls you are receiving, and people who try and rob you do not care about the DNC. I really do not mean to be insulting, but why do some posters think this site has anything to do with scam callers, we are victims ourselves, providing other victims with information about the callers.
Also, a bank robber knows it is breaking the law to rob a bank, therefore, they do not care about the law, and rob the bank.
So, a caller trying to scam someone out of money is not going to check the DNC list, they do not care, they are breaking the law and they know it.
Think grasshoppers, think.

I sometimes tell them that my cell batter is very low and can they please call me back on my land line, then I give them the number of my local US Senator or congressman.

Same credit card scammer. Whenever I get a real person (scammer) is say "Blood is everywhere, but the job is done". Then I hang up.

Reporting the criminals exposes what they are doing to Consumers. Especially, the elderly should have a voice, and speak out. I?ve have never received any monetary Justice, out of an estimated $200G?s worth of *cardholder services* penalties alone. Add the fraudulent third party debt collectors that illegally possess wrong phone numbers to all the rest of the calling swindlers and it?s beyond all reason. These evil scum of the earth may have successfully sabotaged my last chance for a full recovery, health wise, but you can tell them ?Justice is Coming?.

No you had nothing mixed up--I would imagine the Bulletin picked up on that months later, and included that statement in their article. These lowlifes, of various scamming organizations, by their use of a "robodialer" don't recognize that they may connect to a person, or organization, that becomes irritated to an extent that they will do all they can to throw a wrench into their totally illegal activities. Let us continue on, and encourage others to do the same, by informing.
DeletedMedia 2013-11-11 23:16:35 Unknown
Ahh, I probably had those two mixed up.
Here?s another Florida psychopath from Cwire, bottom of the thread.
Some of what I get out of all that foaming at the mouth blabbering, is not a problem! I?ve seen cardholder services commercials on TV, and just don?t listen, like the home security, diabetes assistance, life alert, on, and on. BUT, they better all stay away from our phones.

I remember reading that, some time back. That particular statement, or one worded very closely, was printed in a warning of the "card services" scammers in the Oct- Nov 2012 issue of the AARP Bulletin. The quote I referred to in another post (706- 805 1776) that "the owners of these scam operations in South Florida recruited their boiler room staff at local Narcotics Anonymous meetings" is part of a 6 page article in the current (November 2013) issue of Reader's Digest titled "Confessions of a con artist"--very interesting piece if you get a hold of a copy--doesn't appear to be available online?

Tom, I finally located one of the *drug addicts* references from Complaintwire, This ?straight from the horses mouth?- so to speak!
?cardservicerep"
"I work for this company part time. The majority of employees working for this company are drug addicts and people who can't find normal jobs.?

The "card services" scammers, who call and bother us, even on Veteran's Day, are veterans themselves! --but a different type of veteran --veterans of unsuccessful drug rehabilitation therapy.

So, lets see which Florida non-compliant telemarketers are hiring the usually abusive, harassing, threatening, but most likely really stupid;
?L.I. (Lower Interest) Fronters?, AKA- live operator, or card service representative.
?L.I. qualifiers and closers? ?L.I. Rooms, L.I. Reps?. (Search in your area, they're hiding everywhere)
And they tend to disappear fast, so save screen shots now.

Notice the way they try to hide FACTS regarding potential ignoramuses, aka ?employees?. Hired to aid and abet a credit card laundering operation, violating TCPA, TSR and the RICO Act-

Uh - huh, just got my call from these idiots. I went with Jodi's approach - made up a person on the spot, imaginary SSN and credit card number and all. Good luck with that, scum sucking morons!

Got the call on Nov 1st and called it back on the 11th. I got the old "We're sorry but the number has been disconnected, If you feel you have reached this in error, please check the number and call again.""
Tom 2013-11-11 19:30:35 Unknown
The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

After some music a gal by the name of Lisa came on the line. She asked me questions about my credit cards, and of course I gave her a "ton of BS right back." She started to get into the "qualifying part of her SCAM call" so decided it was time =
.... gave her at full blast my "Raunchy Cussing/Swearing YouTube Rant". Guess the SCAMMER Rep did not like all the cussing and swearing. She hung Up after I tied her up on the call for around 4 minutes.

Caller ID is faked, nothing we can do about these calls!
Reporting these calls does NOTHING!
The joke of a "Do not call" list is absolutely worthless and does NOTHING but waste good peoples time!

I answered and when I asked where she was located, she said that has nothing to do with the rates we offer. I said I just like too know who I'm dealing with, that's all. She hung up. I got her going as Yes I have debt, which I don't, second it's over the limit, she drools, then I ask the questions and she hangs up!

This is a public forum for people who receive unknown/spam/scam calls. This website can't take your number off any list. Since you're being called by scammers, there's not much you can do except to ignore or block the calls, and report the callers to the FTC, and your state's Attorney General. Since it's very unwise to post your personal information on a public forum, I've asked the Admin to redact your number.
yef 2013-11-10 22:04:09 Unknown
Really?
1. Your credit card company is NOT the one calling you!
2. Neither your credit card company nor these scammers maintain or read this website.
3. Why on earth did you post your phone number on a public website for all to see unless you want to get more scam calls???
MARTHA 2013-11-10 21:59:02 Unknown
stop calling me before I close out my account and never deal with yopur credit card service again. I pay my bills as they come in and do not need any low interest ! I NEED YOU TO STOP CALLING MY NUMBER [removed] SCRATCH THIS DAM NUMBER OFF YOUR DAM LIST NOW!
janet 2013-11-10 18:24:44 Unknown
You need to file that call with your states attorney's office! What if thathad been a child or and elderly person. It could scare them to death! Or even have a loaded gun and shoot the next person that came to the door of the home!

We did not answer a call from 719-379-8800. Caller ID said Blanca, CO. We figured it was a scam; and looking at the comments posted here, it is a scam.

The government canoot do anything about these calls because they use spoof numbers. They are actually out of the country. The only thing you can do is call the FTC and report them and the number. Not much more can be done but that.
