I get frequent calls from this number.  When I answer no one there - predictive dialer.  I have tried to call back and get a recorded message that offices are closed - call between 7am and 4pm Pacific Time.  I called between these hours immediately after they called me (1:45 PST)

Been called 2x recently for this. As it happens my extended warranty will expire in a couple months, so of course I wondered. Now seeing this I know I've been right to hang up. What's worse is this is my area code not someplace else! Naturally I thought it was genuine.  Auto warranty scam. Not doing that! Department of Motor Vehicle Warranty Processing or something. The voice on the other end sounds like an Indian call center.

Called again today, twice!  These people are sick, disgusting and extremely annoying.  I block their number, but they call from another, so the cycle goes on and on.  Someone needs to shut them down, heavily fine and jail the owners, then fine the phone compnaies for letting scammers use their lines and continue to get away with it.

They keep calling about same time every day.  Is an Auto warranty scam that I've asked not to call before.  Will not answer now that I know who they are and because it has no caller ID and leaves no message.  They have lots of other numbers with same scam: 201-845-6009, 561-091-6563, 218-303-4602, 719-212-6882, 847-592-8839, 201-243-3414, 908-583-1754, 303-219-1603, 860-222-2297, 719-694-1842, 214-184-6547.  These people need to be shut down.  Wish I had time to waste their time.

A scam involving automotive warranty.  They do not provide name of company, nor do they accept the request to be removed from their list.

My suggestion is to tell them you are interested, but to wait a minute, then place them on hold.

That way, they will be able to call fewer people.

Also, Could try e-mailing Level(3) Communications, listed as the handler to the exchange. However, they are likely as slimy as the people they sell to, so I don't hold much hope for any action.

From Vehicle Processing Center or sometimes Vehicle Processing Department. Asking to speak to a supervisor is useless, as well as asking for the company name.

The number is local, but if you try to call it, all you get is a recording (at least when I have tried). I would suggest hanging up.

This telephone number 719-387-4372 calls me everyday. Either someone trying to sell me auto warranty or no one is on the line. I have asked them numerous times to stop calling me and I keep getting these Harrassing phone calls all hours of the day/night and weekends. Please have them stop!!!! I will file a police report if it happens 1 more time.

They asked for my husband who has been dead 5 years. So that was helpful as I paused & finally said that it would be a little hard to get him to come to the phone as he had been dead 5 years. They apologized & hung up. Don't know what they wanted, but I am sure they are telemarketers.

Another Auto Warranty Scammer. Don't give any information or verify any information they may have. These are illegal telemarketers and scammers!  Calls from numerous numbers with same spiel:  201-845-6009, 561-091-6563, 218-303-4602, 719-212-6882, 847-592-8839, 201-243-3414, 908-583-1754, 303-219-1603, 860-222-2297, 719-694-1842, 214-184-6547 just to name the last few in last 6 months.  

get calls all the time from this number pretty irritating I get the feeling they are trying to see if you are home so they can come and help themselves.

Cold call, no CallerID other than local number, caller said "Vehicle Processing" for [extended] warranty coverage on my car by a company in CA with an apparent call-center. They had my phone (easy), name (public record), car model (public record) and year (public record). Claimed to be the manufacturer's rep, and somewhat desperate to get data on the car with an initial reference to an available extended warranty. When I asked for her supervisor, I was eventually told her call forward could not take place without mileage data on the car... Bye!

AFAIK this is yet another auto warranty scam, people who take your money and then say "not covered" if you try to claim any coverage. I must get several mailings for such per month, no doubt triggered by passing out of the original warranty.

Answered this call, no one responded and then hung up.  I called the number back and a woman answered with" vehicle processing, how may I help you?"  I told her she called me and hung up and I want to know who she is and what she wants.  She then asked if I was Mrs(some unknown last name) and I told her no.  She then wanted to know if that person was at my number and again I told her no.  She then apologized for calling the "wrong number" and said good bye.  Smells like an old scam again!!!
