This is a supposed research survey asking somewhat random questions.  I answered them hoping to track the next step.  The caller indicated they had a weekly drawing as a reward for helping them.  I expect to "win" this drawing and then get a call from someone that is going to give me my "prize" for a "processing fee".  I will post back as information is available.  This is obviously a creative way around the law.

I also got the call.  I also won a vacation.  The first time they called to arrange a house visit I told them no.  They have called me back twice.  Supposedly someone is coming tomorrow.  I cannot find SKI research or the A2000 vacuum or stain lifter on the internet.

Yes phone rings and rings on call back.

No questions about money or accounts etc.

I had the same experience that Eric lists above.  We supposedly won the drawing and they scheduled a time for one of thier people to bring the unit by for our opinion.  No one showed.  I tried to call the number back, just rings and rings.  Does anyone know what kind of scam this is?  Is it just to get us to take the survey?  Or something worse?  They asked me nothing about money or account numbers.  But I am concerned about how exactly I got scammed.

If it was just to get us to take the survey why would they call back and fake schedule an appointment with us?

I got a phone call from this number to today. Was not home and wouldn't of answered it anyways. I hate ppl who do this crap.

Did you have them come out to your house?  What were they trying to sell?
I had the same phone call.  They want to come out on Monday.

I was contacted as a winner of a $500.00 shopping spree and a vacation. Someone is coming to the house get my opinion of a product; a vacuum. Humm,I am supposed to get the gifts AND give my opinion of their product. YEAH, Right.
