I am having the same experience -- a recording says the number has been disconnected.  I'm guessing it's a health insurance sales bot.  I started getting a ton of health insurance calls after making the mistake of talking to an agent.

received call from this number on my cell. didn't answer. tried to call back but reach recording saying this was a disconnected number. Just another scam call on my cell phone. Think it's time now for someone in political power to put an end to all this garbage.

I got a call from them and I pressed 1 to speak to a rep about lowering my interest rate on my credit card... A guy answered and asked if I was replying about a lower interest rate and I said yes and he began to speak and I asked which credit card they were calling about because I have two credit cards and the dude just hung up -.- so I called back only to get a message saying the number was disconnected.

If you are getting these calls on your cell phone you can download an app called privacy star to block these numbers. It works plus allows you to file a complaint against the caller.

This number keepa calling me and hangs up. I call it back and a recording says it has been disconnected immediately. I don't know how this can be. I am even getting calls on the weekend now.

If you have Verizon, you can block their number; contact customer support. Most cell phone services will allow you to block up to 5 numbers permanently over the course of a year. Contact your provider. I've had a few spam calls but can block the number when I go into account settings.

I have NO IDEA how these companies are ALLOWED to harass and call citizens who are on the Do Not Call List! Does anyone ever get arrested or shut down for this? Where is the Consumer Protection?
They called my cell phone. We ALL pay stupid money just for owning a phone and no option to block KNOWN Telemarketers or other calls we DON'T WANT. The calls get thru to us and when we try to call the number back, it is "Out of Service!" The number is NOT OUT of Service, it is blocked.
Thinking of ditching the cell altogether and sticking with just my Ooma phone, where I have the option of a Community Blacklist for Telemarketers or adding numbers I don't want to get thru., They'll either get a message "Number Disconnected " or a perpetual ring that I will never hear!

Got the same call today and it was disconnected when I called back.

Received a call on my cell from this number.  Did not answer it. No message. I am on do not call list.

I got a call from this number, answered and was greeted by a robot asking my if I would like to get a better interest rate on my credit card. I don't have a credit card. I pressed one to talk to a "representative" and find out who the f*** they were, some bi*** picked up and asked if I received a call about an interest rate. I replied yes but I don't have a credit card. she interrupted me before I could ask what her company was. she said ok we'll note that on the account and hung up. Enraged I immediately called back and found out the number was disconnected and no longer in service.

This number keeps calling me.
