They've called us twice in a week's time, but my CID says  "QVD", not Graven Austin Drake, as some posters have indicated above.

I f****ng hate telemarketers ... sorry for the poor sad sacks who have to work in those boiler rooms to make a living... but f*** that whole industry and the various scams associated it with it ... Anyways, took care of this issue ...

Had to press 0 to get operator. then woman had me on some kind of speaker phone or something... horrible feedback and echo. Told her to turn off her speaker phone. she complied. kept talking over me a mile a minute as I tried to simply state the issue "I am receiving repeated calls and hangups from one of your telemarketing numbers 719 623 4411 - remove me from any and all telemarketing lists or call center lists you have."  Eventually able to say all that to her when she quit interrupting... trying to apologize and make it MY fault because I had a magazine subscription. I don't give a rat's a** ... my phone is for MY convenience not so you can harass me to sell me s***. (Had a go round with a guy once, I hung up on his telemarketing call to sell me windows -- I Was Renting! -- and he called back to call ME rude... Man, I screamed so loud... literally primal scream as loud as I could... LOL ... had a friend who kept a police whistle by the phone ... he solved that problem...)

They call, I ask " Who is this"? and they hang up immediately. Caller ID says Graven Austin.

They call me at work, I don't answer, they don't leave a message.  The caller ID says "Graven Au".

Thank you so much for posting Graven Austin Drake's toll-free number for the removal request!  The first call, last week, I thought it was a mis-dial/hang-up.  The second call, last week, I started to wonder.  Then, I get a call a few minutes ago, wrote down the number from our system's caller i.d. (based on experience, I knew it might not be available very long!), and did a 'Net search to find these comments.

You're so right:  When I called to request removal from their call list, Kristen was very polite and gracious.  Like you, I'll wait to see if my request is honored.  Thanks, again!

Called yesterday and today.

They called every day for 2 mos. If you pick up after 4 rings or so, there's no one on the line; finally I pick up and when I  answer their questions about who we are (a technical magazine given to a family member "for free"). I was told that if they call on a yearly basis to update subscriptions. Then they called the next day, (passive-aggressive, I would say) stating they needed to ask me questions again because it didn't go through, maybe there was a "technical issue". I asked them to take it up with their IT, as they "record messages for quality".

The company and employees are NOT STUPID, They are given a FREE PASS TO HARASS the public in the name of whatever print magazine contracts GRAVEN AUSTIN AND DRAKE to validate the targeted subscribers for the advertisers.

Keep calling my number, don't leave any message on my voice mail.

Magazine subscription renewal service. They do not leave voice mails if you do not answer.

This number has been calling repeatedly and often hanging up as we answer.  We traced it to Graven Austin Drake, which is a telemarketing company.  Call (800) 888-6780 and ask to be removed, they were very nice about it, so we'll see if it stops the calls.
