They say I have been approved for a loan for $10,000.

they call from this # several times a day. dont leave message. how do i get this to stop?

They called me claiming I have been approved for 5,000.00 under GE Capital Bank

I don't know who these people are but it's very aggervating to say the least. They used to use a New York number when they'd call me and when I got tired of the call's on my cell phone and threatened to have me arrested if I didn't pay this so called loan that I had taken out. When I started ignoring the calls when they came in, they then started calling my work number and harrassing me. NOW the same people are calling me from a Colorado number and have called me 3 time's in the alst 20 some odd minutes. Really!!! Is there any way to report this number to where the stop calling or something that I can block this number.

These... people, although I doubt they should be called that, have called my gf relentlessly. My first clue was that they told me it was regarding a payday loan in the amount of 124.00 when the day before when they called, it was a different amount. When I asked for proof of debt, they claimed they sent an email, they don't do regular mail and said thank you and hung up. Excuse my language.. but if these a** jockeys think they're getting over on us with this crap... they've got another thing coming. I've dealt with these type of people before and if you push back, they tend to retreat and you don't get anymore phone calls from that number or company. It seems like once one has a hold on you, your number goes around like a std. I won't put up with it, and neither should anyone else. Stand up to them, don't give ANY personal information and file complaints where you can. I hope we can put a stop to this.

This number called my cell phone and left a message,   then called my office  number,  Oh did I mention that name was MR Walters, he stated that he was in coloroda and that he had a lawsuite I needed to take care of or else i would be arrested, I do not do any type of business over the phone WHAT IS WITH THE ACCENT? and he got rude and loud,  I asked him for proof of det and claim of possession, and that ran him hot,  Needless to say the conversation ended soon after that, and the threats started flowing.  I am to wait for the local police to come to my office and arrest me....   Did i mention I work with 7 attorney's.

Not paying this/will not send me a bill.  He calls me at work,leaves message n my voice mail-I am going to jail.  I told him at one time he was a scam and he hung up, now he is calling again.

This number called my house tonight and told me a lawsuit has beern filed against my name and it was very important that I call them back because something could happen to me. VERY BROKEN ACCENT, hard to understand the foreign caller. Told me to call them back. After reading the messages all over the web about this number being a scam, I think I'll skip the return phone call. Thanks for posting messasges.

I just received a call from this number and decided to answer it because they keep calling over and over again on my work number. This guy told me i was being sued and had a court date for next week and i need to take a reference number. He told me he was a officer and calling from a law firm. This guy was very rude and didnt speak english very well. I asked to be served legal documents if this is a court matter and ended the conversation.

These people say I owe 388.54 to a payday cash, i've never used one before.  this is making me MAD

This number called claiming there was a lawsuit against my name. I couldn't understand a word they said.  They said I owed $ 300 to payday cash. Didn't want to give me more information. Do not believe them!

This number also calls for my husband, its always the same man, he is very rude and even told my husband he would put him in jail

This is a fake bill collector claiming that a law suit has been filed against you and will proceed unless you pay them. Do not pay these people anything!! They are a fraud and do give them any information about you.

This number has called me over 50 times in a 30min period. Who can I report this to.
