Message of "have a job for him" taken by spouse. Caller identified himself as "the president of a company". Didn't name company. Also had my first name incorrect, as nickname which I never used. Therefore, call was intended to appear important and familiar. In reality it was neither.

Voicemail from Josh Johner requesting call back for full/part time employment.  Acted like he knew me.  I didn't call back, sounds extremely fishy.  Not to mention this call is in voilation of the No Call Act!!

Left a message with my daughter to have me call him back as it was a "business call", and it was "Josh Johner".  Called it back from a different location and got a voice mail message saying it was Josh Johner with PFS and I should leave a message with my name and phone number.   Didn't bother to leave one, because I don't know who this guy is.

Mr.Johner- The Regional Vice President title means very little as they are a dime a dozen in Primerica. Very diluted title. Sorry.

They say PFS because they don't want to say the name "Primerica" in their answering system.

Interesting I also found this posting online by seraching for your name (josh Johner) after I looked up your license on dora. Today I will be re writing a client of yours to buy a more appropriate product for his needs.
why would you put someone into an investment who is 2 years away from retirement? it is quite obvious to me that you have no clue as to how to secure someones financial assetts. unfortunatly you are brainwashed into believing that everyone you meet needs to buy term insurance and invest the rest. I know this is the primerica way. The initial logic makes sence but every one of you primerica agents violate SEC regulation by FORCASTING that your investments will pay better returns than all others and you leave people with the misrepresentation that thoes investments (mutual funds) will mature at a rate of 12% or there abouts in order to convince your client they will no longer need life insurance at retirement. where that logic is severaly flawed is in the basic fact that your investments are not guarenteed!
so when someone is ready to reture, their investment that YOU promised under-performed, their term life insurance lapsed. they end up with nothing, no life insurance and in some cases due to health unable to buy anymore life insurance even if they wanted to!
YOU fail to see the facts! perminant life insurance that would have guarenteed them a death benifit, cash in the policy which can be borrowed against TAX FREE and liquid for the taking whenever needed.

what primerica failed to teach their agents is that this solution is not always the best option. you also sold this person a life policy that did not need his final needs or his wifes final needs. you sold a policy that was 15,000 below the next face discount, meaning all companies give a cost per 1000 discount at usually 0-250,000 then at 500,000 then at 750,000 and so on. this means you could have sold this person 15,000 more life insurance face value for LESS premium than what you sold! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT????
the way i see it, after 6 years in this business you have a lot or learning to do! if you want to be an insurance professional, why don't you pull your head out of the sand, realize that primerica brainwashed you on the buy term and invest concept.
maybe it's time you started actually looking out for peoples needs, instead of finding ways to convince people your the solution to their retirement problems!
you need to take some classes and earn some designations like CLU, CHFC, and CFP when you get some of thoes under your belt you might be in a position to advise people about what to do with their money! the only obsticle I see you getting over is getting with a company who is not out to mislead people by refinancing their home, cashing in their perminent policies, and BS them into the belief that you can guarentee 12% on your mutual fund.
BTW I also ran a quote exactly the same as you had 10 year term policy and despite the client being 2 years older now, his same term insurance could have been replaced for 1/2 the cost of what primerica sells it for!
maybe you should send your life clients to another company? oh can't do that because you would loose another commission! selling someone investment products when they are ready to retire wasnt enough commission was it? Might as well cash in on an overpriced term life policy while your at it right?
after all, in the next 10 years this client was supposed to retire with your mutual fund and not have any need for life insurance right?
what a plan!
you have so much to learn!
you make the rest of us look bad!
shame on you!
the good news is this client is in good hands now! finally getting straight answers and has a plan where his money is safe, and a guarenteed death benefit!
someday, when you can sell a product that has guarentees instead of promisses it cannot keep youll understand.

Interesting to find these message here.  I am a Regional Vice President with Primerica Financial Services (highly rated on most credible sites.) I often times use my business cell phone.  It is the easiest way to contact me.  I am not looking for personal information.  I get many names referred to me.

Got ahold of Mr. Johner after some phone tag and he does represent Primerica Financial Services.  He also was calling to offer sales agent positions.  Wiki also has a brief rundown of Primerica.

Some more searching found that this number is a cell phone from Colorad Springs, and there are 2 "PFS"'s that come up when googling PFS Colorado Springs.  "Pathfinder Financial Solutions" - a mortgage company, and "Primerica Financial Services" menitoned on the ripoffreport.com as possibly being a multi-level-marketing (amway style) organization.   Either way, I won't be talking to anyone there...

Msg left on my answering machine, don't know if the call was actually from this number or just referred to it: Josh Johner (sp?) is a manager for a company looking to hire full and part time workers. He said someone gave him my name, but failed to mention the source.  He did not provide his company name (if he is a legitimate headhunter) or the company name who looking for workers (if he works there).  I've had several calls from headhunters over the years, and not one has ever failed to mention the  company name (I always research the name before calling) - Therefore I view this call as suspicious and probably an attempt at phishing for personal information.
