I have this number twice on my cell phone bill this month as incoming one at 61 mins and the second as 91 mins. I have never talked to someone this long in the last few years. Both times were in the afternoon.

Level 3 Communications customer 214-233-4600 has been calling my cell phone for over 2 weeks, 4 times an hour, beginning at 6:30am every day. I want to know who is calling as there is only a recording that states, "This call is in regard to a business transaction you had once expressed an interest in. To be placed on our 'do not call list', please press one." I press one. Another recording says, "Please enter your 10-digit phone number to be placed on our 'do not call list'." I do so. Then I get, "Thank you. Your number has been placed on our 'do not call list'." BUT THEY KEEP CALLING. When I call the number back, I get the same recording. WTF? Who do I need to call, write, or see in person to stop this outright HARASSMENT????????

I DID A LOT OF DIGGING WITH HELP FROM WIKIPEDIA AND FOUND OUT THIS IS THE COMPANY CAUSING ALL OUR HEADACHS...THEY OWN THE COMPANY IN COLORADO where all these calls com form here is their websit ewith phone number inside..Have fun!

It almost sounded like a fax with the beeping.

These jerks called my home and when I answer it sounds like a fax machine screaming in my ear. When I called back, the call could not be completed.

got a call today from this number, nobody answered, only a beep which means I will get a fax... so I waited and indead I got a fax from a health insurance offering me some of their prices and asking me for personal information... tzzz... how did they even know that we have a fax?!? We bought it 2 weeks ago and nobody has this number yet!!!

After many calls from 720-204-1286.  For some reason I answered the phone and got a woman who said they were calling in response to my inquiry.  I have not made any inquiry calls.  I asked this woman just who in H__ were they?  She said they were "International Association of Benefits.  The address and phone number is:  P. This is a customer service number but you can yell at them just like anybody else.  A Google search for "International Association of Benefits will give you more than you ever wanted to know about them.  Call 'em,,,  bother them as much as they have been bothering you!

I'm in Ontario CANADA...why is a Colorado number calling me? Twice in the same day.

Every day for the past month, I've been getting a call from this place.  When I did answer (twice), I instantly heard a pre-recorded message that said, "Thank you for calling I A B.  You will now be connected to out Sales Department.  I have never heard of this place, nor do I solicit sales over the phone.  When I didn't answer the call, the same recorded message was left as a voice mail.

Got 4 calls today. Yesterday. The day before. Andddd the day before that. I'm sick and tired of this! I work graveyard and I'm furious that I have to be woken up by some jack*** trying to scam people. Over it!!! AND!! Another call while I'm writing this! These people suckk!!

got a call yesterday with no message left; it's definitely not a bill collector as I've never been behind on any bills in my life. I'm in Canada.

This number calls every day, several times. When I pick up, no one ever answers. If I don't pick up, it rings twice and hangs up. It is a real nuisance. What can be done?

I got a call from this number today and it was from a company called ACTION WINDOWS & DOORS.  I then asked if they had a copy of that National DO NOT CLAL List to which they advised me I am not on it.  I deal with this DO NOT CALL LIST for my office and I have been on it since it started.  I actually went in right away and downloaded a new list and yes I am there.

Somebody keeps calling form this number and dose not leave a message.I'm not behind in my bills so it can't be that!

I have been getting a call from this number as well. It calls twice in a row and it left a message one time and all it said was... please press two to be removed from our system..... I would not answer if you see this come up. It may be just a telemarketer or surveyor, but I also know that numbers like this can call and then in some way use your number as a way of charging your phone bill for calls they make. So I would advise everyone to just ignore it and place yourself on the national do not call list. you can do sign up for that online.

This number calls me twice a week and no one is on the phone. when i tried calling back the number doesn't work!

Can't someone do something about this? I keep getting these calls and they are using different numbers. This is one sick individual.

HAVE RECEIVED ANNOYING CALLS FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER!!!!  MULTIPLE TIMES!! EVERY DAY.  IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO TO STOP THE CALLS PLEASE ADVISE.

get several calls per day from this number , usually only rings 1/2 of a ring then hangs up and leaves no message ,although have received one message when it was just 5 minutes of music, very upset as this is cell phone and costing minutes
