Breanna is a 24  year old girl who is in and out of jail. Don't trust anyone in that business. Boulder calls, Berkshire,quantum any of them!

Breanna Carlson calls my business all the time. I already knew it was a scam from the start based on her arrogance regarding our "urgent tax matter". Do these idiots really think we can't tell it's a scam, especially when they refuse to leave a message or call back number? Huge red flag alert that she's actually calling from a call center. I find it hilarious that she resorts to immature warnings in a failed attempt to get past me and speak to my boss. She's a real piece of work. Not only does she sound like a valley girl with a terrible head cold every time she opens her mouth, but she's a sarcastic, rude bi***. Her mother must be so proud of her career choice.

I have been hounded by these people.  Breanna Carlson has called I can't tell you how many times. We do not have a tax lein against us and she keeps trying to scare us. What we did have was paid last year and it was just normal taxex. How do you stop these scam artist ? Number is always 720-221-6853 Phoenix is on the caller ID.

Received a call from a Breanna Carlson said this was in reference to 941 taxes owed. Never left the business name, just said that I MUST call her back.

Like the other posts, I'ver received several calls from someone named Breana Carlson stating that it is "imperative" that I call her back regarding a 941 matter.
No company name or other references.
Obviously illegitimate.

This man calls my phone all day long I recently started answering since I was tired of hearing it ring not only is it annoying but he calls back to back!! He did not have the name of the owner or who he needed to speak with and became very rude when I told him I could not transfer his calls or take a message without a name. He said, "well what do you need me to do Google it?" I thought this was funny!! Sure Mr. Abeyta go google who the owner of my business is! He did just that and called again today, I told him she was not in the office, once again lies about how he had a appointment to speak with her at this time.etc...He says he is with the federal government and it is urgent do not buy into it it is a scam! I think I am gonna start calling his number and see how he likes it!!!

Vincent called our company insisting that he works with the appeals division government and wanted to speak to the owner immediately.  I informed him the owner was out of town and no one was in the office to assist him.  He proceeded to call back 27 times in a row, harassing and yelling at me and other personnel in the office who answered his calls.  He is an unprofessional, angry little man and should be charged with harassment.

This Vincent clown is such a tool. He calls with his script and forgets we recently had the same conversation in which I had already asked him to not call back. He procedes to ring our phone off the hook several more times., I would NEVER consider using this company to handle a sensitive matter if this is the type people they employ. Vincent, you obviously didn't receive enough hugs as a child-

9/17/2012 - Not sure who this Vincent character believes he is but I could tell you one thing for sure... he lacks MAJOR social skills! He will NEVER recover any such ?debt? from anyone with such small amount of professionalism! He is rude, sarcastic, and obvious does not have enough to do with his time as he insisted (after I told him he had the wrong number) to call our business back over and over again!

HE CALLED OUR BUSINESS AND SAID HIS NAME WAS VINCENT ABEDA; SAID IT WAS URGENT THAT HE TALKED TO THE OWNER, BUT HE WAS SO RUDE I DID NOT LET HIM, HE HAS CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES I JUST PUT HIM ON HOLD. HE WOULD NEVER GIVE A NAME OF A COMPANY EITHER.

CALLED SEVERAL TIMES EACH TIME MORE RUDE THAN BEFORE REFUSED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND SAID THAT HE FOUND IT "SUSPECT" THAT I WOULD NOT GIVE HIM INFORMATION THAT I FELT HE SHOULD ALREADY HAVE CONSIDERING HE WAS "ENROLLED IN THE APPEALS DEPARTMENT OF THE FEDERAL GOVERMENT" I DONT KNOW HOW THIS GUY EXPECTS TO GET ANY BUSINESS ACTING LIKE SUCH AN A**!

HE SAID HIS NAME WAS VINCENT ABEDA AND HE WAS VERY RUDE! I ASKED HIM TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND HE REFUSED SEVERAL TIMES. HE CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES AND SAID THAT BECAUSE I WOULD NOT GIVE HIM INFORMATION HE CONSIDERED THAT SUSPECT! I GOOGLED THE PHONE # HE ENDED UP LEAVING AND FOUND MULTIPLE REPORTS STATEING THE SAME MO.

Vincent called four times in a row when I answered the phone. When I told him the owner was out of town, he kept calling back and represented himself as being a government employee. He then called back three more times, spoke with another employee and refused to give any more information but the phone number 720-221-6853 and continued to imply we must speak with him.

Vincent Abata (unsure of spelling) called and left numerous messages.  Never said what company he represented but that he is part of a group regarding our Federal Taxes and that it was imperative that we return his call.

These guys are jerks.  Ole Vincent...hung up on me when I identified their scam.  Enrolled agents my foot.  We had an enrolled agent doing our books then screwed us up badly.These morons have public information posted by your county clerks office. They will hound you to do business with them.  They don't play fair, they lie, they are rude when you call their game.  When you see their phone I.D....just hang up.

Vincent Abeda (spelling); called representing himself to be a part of a "group" regarding our "Federal Taxes" and then added "State Taxes".  Called from 720-221-6853.  Very vague and inappropriate voicemail that any and all employees could retrieve thereby causing our company unspecified damages.

We called back and told not to call again as this disrupts business operations.  Refered to our legal counsel on tax matters.

"JEFF" called, talked to secretary, was told that the tax lien was already resolved; he lied and said another had been filed (to attempt to get past secretary); hung up and immediately called back; I intercepted him and when I asked if I could help him, he replied "NO AND YOU CAN"T EVER HELP YOURSELF EITHER" and he hung up.  This guy is a real case.

They called about a tax lien that was placed against our business.  They were going to "help us" with our $3700.00 lien and it would only cost us a MINIMUM of $1500.00!!!
