safevue is now "competition" auto glass. they have the same number as well.. safevue was put out of business for fraudulent marketing and copyright infringement; now they're back w/ full force. cheers

Matt, claiming to be from Safe Valu Auto Glass called me twice - for free chip repair and to sell something.

First time I hung up. Second time I told him I am on Do Not Call list, and asked him why is he violating the federal law? He hung up.

The updated federal law of 2008 makes DNC a permanent list. No 2 year renewal required. Matt and Safe Auto Glass is violating the law.

This company should be put out of business.

They have an A- rating which is excellent considering the ratings range from A+ to F.

Also, please check out the resolution of any complaints and you will discover that they have been solved to all parties satisfaction.

If you have been truly wronged by them THEN YOU SHOULD go to the BBB.

The problem with that, I suspect, is that you will have to formally identify yourself and make a legitimate complaint ... which, you are yet to do because no such complaint exists.

We already have lives, thanks, which we would like to conduct with fewer interruptions from lying scofflaws who cry like teething babies every time their fraudulent business models are under threat. Your concern is noted, but I don't feel the least bent out of shape. Certainly I'm not crooked like those so desperate for income they will resort to spamming consumer forums.

I also did get a call from this number and googled it to find out who it was, and I find these posts. I think it is absolutely hilarious how bent out shape you people get. Please get a life. I think I'll give them a call because I am sick of my broken windshield.

When they just happened to tell you about all the negative reviews on the Internet,  did they also tell you about all the bogus positive reviews they posted?   Did they tell you why they felt it was necessary to lie themselves?   As for being a self-confessed violator of the federal DNC list who doesn't seem bothered by breaking the law, I really don't think I'd want to buy my next car from you.

I cannot help but note that this post exhibits the same grammatical errors as the threatening email to 800notes from Craig Kanyanat, sent on behalf of SafeVue.  Since one of the errors is somewhat distinctive and slightly unusual, I have to say that I have a strong suspicion that there was a common author for both the email and this post.  In fact, given the history of sham posts on this thread, I personally find it difficult to take any of the positive posts seriously.

I mean no offense MR. Kanyanat, but people here are not as stupid and naive as you appear to believe.  Furthermore. we are neither as stupid, nor as pitifully ignorant and unlettered, as your posts, and your reported business practices, make you appear to be.

These guys may or may not be above board, I just don't know.   They are rated by the BBB as an "A-" which ain't too shabby--if you take the BBB seriously anymore.   On the other hand they, or someone they have contracted with, has flooded this site with blatantly false positive reviews.   I get the impression that someone sold them the goods on  a "great marketing strategy," cold-calling  people who don't want to talk to them and get pissed when they can't take "no" for an answer-- especially when they are violating the DNC in the process.    Enough people complain and SafeVue Auto Glass will be getting nastygrams from the FTC even if they are "nice guys" who "don't mean it."   SafeVue is playing Russian roulette with their reputation if they continue  their questionable marketing practices.   "Lay down with dogs, and eventually you get fleas."

i think your out of line when you say there more pricy and deal with cheap glass i recived ppg glass and it was $45 cheaper than anywhere else so i will use them for a long time to come thanks safevue.

Great to hear that you are putting yourself through school.  When you graduate presumably you will find a real job with an honest company.    

All the negative comments about Safevue are warranted.  First, they are calling people that have registered on the DNC list.  Why do you think people register on the DNC list?  Last I heard, this was against the law.  If you are helping Safevue perpetrate this crime, I suggest that you start robbing banks where it is likely you will find more money than Safevue pays you.  

Second, Safevue MISLEADS the people they call, or at least they mislead me.  I actually may have given Safevue a chance if they had not mislead me.  In all, I think I wasted about 1/2 hour of time dealing with Safevue.  

I do not believe that any of the negative posts are done for "drama."  I believe the posters are providing a very good public service by pointing out what Safevue is really all about.

When I received a call from Safe View Auto glass, I first asked how they obtained my number.  "Dan" said from service records, and then proceeded to lead me into believing that I used their services in the past.  He got me, because of my own stupidity - I asked if they had a location where I actually had taken my vehicle in for service, and Dan replied "yes" and added that they had several locations.  I went ahead and ordered a new windshield to be installed in my vehicle at home.  After doing so, I was bugged by the answer Dad provided, and also a comment he made that his company prefers to provide their services at the customer's home.  Dan also said that they had several locations, but I recalled that the last place I serviced my vehicle had only two locations.  A Google search turned up this site.  A Google search of the actual place I had my vehicle serviced indicated this was not the same company.  So I called and told them to cancel the service.  Told them I simply did not like their marketing.  All individuals I spoke with were very polite and they even offered to lower the price by about $40.  However, I told them "no thanks" because I do not like companies that market their services this way.  By the way, don't buy their BS that you are no longer on the Do Not Call List,  This law was changed a few years ago to make your DNC decision permanent.  See this link

I've been receiving multiple calls from 303-420-5856 and 303-421-0314...both turn out to be Safevue Auto Glass, but come up on my caller ID as Elizabeth McS, or Elizabeth McSha. I called them and reminded them I was on the DNC list, they gave the "we are having trouble with our phone" and "we probably use a telemarketing company for that" excuses. After reading all these complaints, I think I'll just turn them in.

Most of them are hang up calls, too - VERY irritating!

Talked to "pat", initially said he was with Safelite auto glass, but after pressing he said it was safe vue and that I must have misunderstood.  I am on fed and state no call lists.

He said their main number is 720-239-1133, and they have a "special" of $100 off only for the next day or two...  Yeah right, like I believe that.

These guys ignore the dnc list and deserve to be run out of business!  Off to report them now...

This is Safevue Auto Glass Repair Service in Brighton, CO. It's probably a sales call. I did not pick up. I'm on the Do Not Call List and they don't seem to care. I've never done business with or contacted this company.

I am so frustrated about this company. Their prices are at least 30% to 50% higher than all their competitors. Their technisians are not even certified and are mostly fired  from other outfits. They use sub par glass products mostly chinese. Once they get their money from you good luck in getting them to come back to fix their mess up that shouldnt have happened in the first place.They are rip offs and you must be insane to use or recommend them. I am going to the BBB to report them.WHY WOULD ANY ONE IN THE RIGHT MIND EVER USE THEM ITS BEYOND ME.

My name is kim i worked for this company for 1 year and recently someone asked if i ever saw this sight i said no but was intrested to no what it was all about.I have to say one thing  about them they do not call DNC lists there are some leads are are generated through old customer lead lists like oil and lube centers car dealerships carwashes ect. these lists were provided to them via the owners or the mgrs. of these establishments.The customers either filled out something with their info on it or when they were asked they gave contact info.They helped me with getting through my first year of college and i know for a fact they are not trying to break any laws or have bad intentions.They are simply trying to help people.We always were told to be very considerate and polite on the phone.This company is owned by two college Graduates from here in Denver and most of the people that work there are putting themselves through college give them alittle slack its hard to find a decent paying job these days.

BTW, do you all know that there are two different places to file a complaint.  The complaint link on the federal DNC web site (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/) does not trigger an investigation -- it just records the details in case they are needed by law enforcement later.  You can and should also file the complaint with the FCC (http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm).
