according to the prosecutions case, they are flying in chads ex wifes and kids that have nothing to do with him, he did the samething to his son, and ex step daughter, this guy needs to go away for a longtime, also has cases pending in a divorce court, married for 3 months this time, also violence against her

Ken ogden is chad lees probation officer now out of saline and o.a. winn p.a. out of garland county is working on his case for not registering as a sex offender AGAIN. Has court in pulaski 2/22/12 am for the charges on a minor boy out of saline county. He is a alcoholic and a crack addict. He has hurt a lot of people and the truth needs to be known. Run from this guy he is in a self destructive mode and will try to take anyone down with him. he uses other people to hide behind in business and personal his cell phone is in someone else's name. my wife has talk to the district attorneys office, and according to them they are seeking max sentence on this guy, he has 5 failure to register as a sex offender, and the case involving the minor in bryant, and also a domestic case in little rock, and another about his custody with ex wife on a toddler which he committed perjury to the court, which now they have all the documents showing he lied, i think he is in deep s---, he was arrested in washington, utah , colorado and twice in arkansas for not registering

Chad was convicted for failure to register in saline county last year. He doesn't live in saline county. He lives in Pulaski county. His recent failure to register charge is out of Garland County. Also, there aren't District Attorneys here in AR. Too much TV perhaps? There are also no Federal charges filed against him in federal court in the Eastern District of AR, which is the district he resides in. I just hope in February that he s convicted so his notification level is raised and the people around him can be warned when he does get out of prison. Regarding Mexico, we don't hand people over Mexico, regardless of their warrants. As wonderful as that idea is, it ain't gonna happen.

So reports show that chad lee was arrested at his home. He had a warrant out for vilolating his probation and not registering as a sex offender in saline county. So now he is sitting in saline country jail with no bond and no court. He's abuses people around him. He runs his mouth about what he has. Keep your kids and wives away from him. according to the sheriffs department in garland there is another case in which chad lee took his new wife forcefully to live the state to go to arizona, and there should be a warrant for him soon for probation violation, which according to arkansas law is a no bail warrant

well i can tell you this, according to the probation department they are getting the information regarding all of the arrests for failure to register, the claim they have had enough of his deception, failure to not register is a class c felony, according to the probation office there is a company out of arizona, looking for him for fraud and bounced checks, this guy is garbage, is he still living on the boat

I know few men who's ex-wife would speak highly of them. I am a man and have an impeccable record of service. I have never had more than a speeding ticket. My ex-wife speaks horribly about me too, however.

I am aware that she spent a total of 17 days with Chad in a one year marriage. I am aware that in that time, she told him to leave six times in 17 days. Each time for reasons that were so bizarre, so absolutely off the charts. I am aware that there is a heated child custody around their child right now. That her launching sex abuse allegations was a perfect Ace, and she played that card. I am aware that her sex allegations were so absurd, two police entities refused to prosecute on them. She finally tore at the hearts of an agency that didn't know of her reputation in Saline as the 'town whacko' and that agency has filed charges for something so preposterous that even the vilest offender wouldn't have done.

I was shocked when I looked up Chad and found these comments, although on some not so shocked.
I took the time to read the article on David Faith. I then read all the comments about That Company in this blog.
Maybe I'm wrong, but if I can summarize every word on this blog from beginning to end:
"David Faith" called Colorado consumers on Colorado NSF checks consumers wrote, and had to be sued to pay. This is not in dispute right?
David Faith tried to obtain a collection agency license to do so legally, and was denied because it's president had a crime from sometime 15 years ago. Some of that I obtained by simply looking up Colorado records.
I see employees mentioned, but not Chad- for any consumer violations (other than being a felon 15 and also17 years ago)
Then the blog here started in on Chads personal character. He's a sex offender from 17 years ago.
It would almost seem that Chad has two enemies here using various names, but both saying he personally is a bad person.
Those allegations are that he is a sex offender.(again a low, almost a midemeaner, but a low felony in 1994) Look it up.
Then one blogger here seems to make an allegation that he took a grandmothers money. I don't read any proof of this, just allegations. Perhaps David Faith was owed a debt by her, I do not honestly know. Maybe she authorized an ACH payment toward her bad debt? Just hypothecating to the positive since he was in the collection business? Maybe tell me who he allegedly did this to and I can look into it. Let's let proof speak for itself to whoevers actually correct though- OK?

Here's where my knowledge comes in.
I have known Chad for Eighteen years. I have done business with Chad. I have trusted Chad with monies and he has always been honest toward those dealings and toward the network I interact with. None of us have had any, not one problem with Chads integrity or his actions.

I knew Chads wife, and I knew of their problems. He was a father and never did anything innapropriate to his children. I liked Chad and I liked his wife. They were decent parents. Chad spending too much time working, but that's a mistake us dads make sometimes in retrospect.

I knw what Chad did 17 years ago. He laments it and speaks of it with remorse. A girl sat ion his lap and he was accused of his hand touching her outside her clothing for one to two seconds. NOT justifying anything. I am repeating the 1994 police report she made. Those are what she alleges. Look it up. Public information- Fair?

I have issues with him. He is a boisterous jerk sometimes. He is agressive in business. Not beyond the law, nor does he act without conscience or rational explanation. I have told him he won't starve if he slows down and humbles himself. He may listen, he may not.

Who here has researched facts, known him 18 years, been vulnerable to him financially, knew his ex-wife, and saw him actying appropriately around my children, and still put stocvk in him?
