I got the same case number as other people CFI150781 but it was texted to me and when you call the number back its a number you can get online and has unlimited texting capabilities.  my text is in broken english out of order and telling me I owe for a payday loan I never took.  I got this a few months ago and turned it into police. Number is 508-623-9874

I got a call from these guys today saying they are federal agents with the department of law and investigation. Thankfully I didn't answer my phone and they were dumb enough to leave a message. I have contacted my local FBI office and gievn them all the information. They told me to tell them that I have contacted the FBI about them and to tell them any conversation we have is being recorded and being forwarded to the FBI. This worked on them once before and they didn't call back for 7 months until today. I hope this helps others

I received a call from a different number but they told me to call 720-251-8274. The name said Officer Don Jorden, this sucks so they can get information out of me. I tried calling the number but no one answered the phone and a guy name John Lloyd owns that number.

O got call from same number. I was pay $200 but after that I know about this scam from my friend. I find this number on Google.They all are scam er. They are mother f***er. I investigate on this. don't pay single dollar to him.

I received the same call as others have listed here from 720-751-8274.  He said he was Officer James O'Brian and that there was a case against me.  He told me not to speak until he was done with what he needed to say and then I could ask questions.  He then tried to get me to verify my SS#.  I told him I would not verify my SS# until he answered all my questions.  He then got upset and said he would proceed with the legal case against me and would talk with my employer.  I told him to go ahead and proceed and I have contacted my lawyer who is requesting his full name, address, phone number, case number, etc.  He then cursed at me and hung up.  Obviously these people are SCAMS!!  Do not give them any information and ignore them!  If there is anything legal against you, you will receive it in the mail ... not just through a phone call.  Oh ... you can also tell they are in some sort of call room as there was a lot of background noise and other people talking on the phone.  He also didn't speak very good English.

People from this number say they are from Dept of Law Enforcement and have an ongoing case against you CSA -XXX and want you to verify information, name, address, SS # etc and you must verify.

I have received a lot of harshing calls to call this 7202518274 number from a Officer David Clark of the Dept of Law and Investigation on a case against me for non payment of a payday loan I have not payed back.  I ask the company they were talking about saying it was cashnet which I have not herd of and have no such loan out.  They have all my information of my home number which is unlisted and don't know how they got plus my mobile number, social security number and so on.  It is hard to understand everything they say for they have american names but they are of Indian decent Pakistan I believe.  That if I didn't pay up I would be going to jail. I must receive over a dozen calls on my mobile phone daily and about the same at home which I don't answer anymore for I'm tierd of agureing with him.

i GOT A CALL FROM LEADING OFFICER FRANK HARRIS STATING THAT I HAVE A FRAUD CASE AGAINST ME. AND I NEED TO CALL HIM WITH MY INFORMATION .

omg i have been getting the same calls from this so called officer gibson at first it freaked me out but then i googled his name and this blog popped up i am so happy i did google him what kind of scam is he running.

These people called me on my cell and I said they had the wrong number....they have been calling for days....then they called my WORK...I answered the first time...I work in a call center...i hung up on them....they called back 6 times in a row!!! Everytime they called i hung up....but they cant be doing that, i work in a call center! I finally answered and said I would call back, when I did, they yelled at me telling me the same thing that I committed fraud and they were sending officers to arrest me at work! It was Officer Gibson and some other guy I talked to telling me to get my attorney..i think not.

I got a call from 720-251-8274 and said i took a loan and didnt pay it back he told me to be quiet and listen and that I needed an attorney both officers I spoke to spoke broken english. and also said i have to pay it back they have called me alot of times and did leave voice mails I spoke to an officer Denville Anderson and Officer Bryant  is the one who has left messages. When I tried to call back to see no answer I let it ring 20 times. When I looked on my caller id it shows Out of Area 10 10 As I writing this post I got another call from out of area 10 9 and unavaIble actual 2 calls less than Minute. This is crazy what can be done.

I got a call from these people at my job. OMG!! The man was rude and loud won't let me speak and I told him that i would look it to this and call back. I called back 20mins later after i had my bank look into this matter. Supposely i took a loan from CASH NET and now they want their money. The caller had my name email address and where i bank at and called me at job. I was pissed and eventually called HIM back to get the paper work faxed to me because i would take this to COURT. He told me I would be able to purchase a home and get a desent job. NEEDLESS TO SAY i was livid and to find out its a scam this is crazy!

Received another call from these people, this time will the call back 720-251-8274 saying it is Officer David Clark. Message states to please call back and not to ignore his message if so "good luck as the stiuation unfolds against you." It is so annoying and I wish these people would get caught and stop calling. You can tell it is coming from somewhere overseas.

I've received the same type of call from 720-251-8274 several times.  Each time it's a different "Officer".  I told them I've never heard of them or taken out any loan and that by law if they think I owe them something, they need to send it to me via mail and I will respond.  Each time they get angry and tell me they'll send me to jail.  I tell them that per my Lawyer's advice I will not discuss anything over the phone and they must mail me.  They then either swear and hang up or the last caller said "Never mind."  This is a huge SCAM!!!  Please beware!  Do not give them any of your information and insist they prove the debt to you.

I just received a call from these same people.  He states that he is an officer as well, but couldn't catch his name, but that I am under some legal investigation, that I need to return his call ASAP.  He called day before yesterday as well.  The strange thing is that when the number comes up on caller id, it shows as 1003.  This isn't even a phone nubmer.  I have had this happen once before and did contact my attorney.  He stated not to give them ANY information and to report them to him.  I have yet to call these people back, but as per my experience, I know not to.  They have not attempted to call my work yet, and they better not!!!!  But, please be careful about this. If you have a court hearing or subpoena, you will receive info in the mail.  Not just a phone call, because court has not way of tracking phone calls.  Beware!!!!

I got the same call today and the guy (who claims hes an law enforcement)tells me he's based in colorado got into a dispute w/him I told him he was a scamer and a fraud,I hung up on him, these people are horrible something needs to be done about them!

Just got a call from these people saying I've been sued for a payday loan from cashnet that I never took out.  I said if I've been sued I'll get court documents by US Mail they replied that they don't have to send me anything and they are referring my case?  I could barely understand them and asked to be transferred to someone else, they put me on hold and I'm pretty sure it was the same person that came back on the phone.  If a suit is filed they do have to send me court documents right?

I just received the same kind of call from the 720.251.8274 number but this time it was Officer Dawson. This guy told me I was being taken to court for fraud.  I had no idea what the heck he was talking about.  I tried to ask questions but all he kept saying was for me to be quiet and listen that there were 10 lawyers listening to him read me an affadavit.  I finally told this guy that I would call him back with my lawyer on the phone.  He told me to make sure I called back in 1/2 hour or else action would be taken against me.  I'm glad I read all the other stories as I was taken aback.  Now I know for sure it is a scam. These people have called several times and they are also calling my place of employment. I think I have gotten scammed before by a company name of BCI for over 700.00. I feel like a fool.

I got the same call from these people i couldn't understand a word of what they were saying. They told me to don't ask questions just listen then they hung up. I reported this to the police dept and they are already aware of this. They said just hang up or tell them to take me to court.

I got a call from 720-251-8274 from Officer David Jarred ( I think thats what he said)he said he had a fraud case against me. He said I took out a loan for 800 dollars and did not pay it back. I told him I did not take the loan. He had my address and the lse 4 numbers of my social security number.Like Sal said they all spoke broken english and when i asked them question he old me to shut up and listen, I told him not to call me back and hung up ob the SOB.

I'm getting kind of tired of these people calling.  Same situation as all posted here...same guy. Telling me if I chose not to call them back "good luck as the situation unfolds against you".   Crazy thing is...the number the call showed up as on my cell phone was 185694726994? That's not even a real number, it has too many numbers in it.  I searched online for it to just to see if I could come up with something, but I found nothing.  The call back number he gave me was the same 720 number.  Has anyone successfully gotten this stopped?  I don't want to call these people back.  But if I have to just to get it stopped I will.

I received a call from a gentleman as well saying he was Officer Gibson and his call back number is 720-251-8274 saying that I also have the same case number (as someone mentioned earlier) of CFI150781 and he asked me to stay on the line as an investigating officer would soon be talking to me. Office Anderson then came on the line to tell me that I had taken out a loan with Cash Net and never paid it back.

He said I went online awhile ago and repeated back my Social Security Number (which was incorrect) and names of 2 people I used as references, Jane Paul and Spencer Smith (I don't know these people and never met them) and I hung up.

I contacted the Local Police Department and they indicated this is a huge SCAM. These companies can go online and pay a fee to get all types of information. Advice from the local police department was to tell the caller to contact your local jursidication and they would be happy to speak with them.
