Wow!  I received EXACTLY the same message from the same guy with the same phone number...

Yes, he is.  Three giveaways: he claims to be deaf (so you won't call him and hear his real voice), wants you to use Paypal (so he can send a fake invoice), and claims to have a "mover" (who doesn't exist).

I just received the exact message today about a craig's list listing. Is he a scam artist$
