Recieved phone call from 720 295 0292 saying we were to be investigated does anyone know what the heck this is or who it is???? Help please, thanks.

They just called and said that they wanted to know if anyone would be home between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. so they can come serve papers to me. Actually had my name. Does anyone have any information on who these people are?? I'm sure they are a debt collection agency but I have no debts that I can think of.

Received a weird call.  Left the same message as listed above, except his name is now Ryan Ridley w/PSV or PSB.  Whatever.  The number he called from was 720-295-0292, and the number he said to call was 888-893-3078.  I found this thread of posts by searching for the 720 number.  I will start a new report with the new number.  I agree that this is complete b***s***.  And I just got this phone number 3 days ago.

Just got a phone call from these people.  They are not dangerous just crazy.  What they are doing (very very rudely) is trying to collect old debts that are too old to be legally collected.  They were rude, threatening, mean and thankfully 1200 miles away.  They need to be reported to your Attorney Generals office.  If they continued to bother 81 year old people your local law enforcement might have a talk to them.  They were looking for my son who is over 30 and doesn't live here.  The debt they were talking about is about 10 years old.  They are just trying to scare people into giving them any info to make them go away.

I got my first call from this person today around 2:30. I have no debt and just have a pay as you go phone.  That I just bought for a month now. I think its a scam!

I just got the same phone call and the funny thing is I just bought gold for World of worcraft on a gold selling website usuing my phone number, and it looks like the top post on this thread prolly bought gold for wow as well. But thats not all, an hour after i bought the gold and made the trade with there in-game gold farmer, I had a nother player in-game contact me posing as a blizzard agent, telling me to go to a website that my internet security registered as fruadulent imidiatly in attemps to get information from me, password, account name, credit info, you name it they where out to get me. don't talk to these people if anything was really serious you would receave notification in the mail.

getting a call from another number saying to call this one or an investigator will come to our house. Wrong name wrong number

Recieved a call from this number 720-316-7004 stating they were in an ongoing investigation and that i need to return a call to 855-250-2616 to clear this up or they could not stop their Private investigator from dropping by with paperwork. I am not even they person they are asking for but said they cannot remove my name unless that person calls them and gives correct information. How do we get this to stop.

I got a call from this number, and the voicemail that was left was also from Ryan Thomas.  I think it is interesting that he is the only person from this PSB Investigations that can call people.  All he said in the voicemail was that he needed to speak with someone at this address about an ongoing investigation and then gave a client call back number as well as his own.  He then stated that if he did not hear back from someone by the end of the day that the investigation would continue.  I have been getting a number of calls for someone that I do not know, and I do not know anyone by that name.

Got the same call, multiple times.  I just ignored it.

Don't have time for games.  If they really are looking for you then they could find you! Right?  They are Investigators.

Same thing is happening to me.  Must not be that important to them if they can't leave a name or a message about what they are investigating.  Just ignore.

Second call from 720-316-7004. Same as everyone else. Ryan Thomas claims to be investigator for PSV Investigations needing to speak to someone at this address but leaves no name and this is a cell number. Says I can call him or call the client directly at  882-925-9485 though he never mentions clients name either.  Definitely believe this is scam with numbers and story the same as everyone else.

My 16yr old daughter just received a call from a Ryan Thomas saying the same crap as all of you are saying...the number that her phone showed is 720-240-9552... this number is out of Denver Colorado (I'm in Dallas) it's just a recording and a scam! I went into my at&t account online and blocked his number. Problem Settled!!! :-)

Before calling my number they called my 81 year old father to tell him that there was an investigation on me and that my case was going to be heard next Tuesday. Told me a bank from 2005 was going to file fraud, wire fraud and all kind of charges against me. Had never heard of any of this. Told me the case will continue against me.

they call our dispatch we dont know what they wont they say to call a number when we call the number no body respond? it is just becoming a harrasment

I got the same call. I called the client - CSI recovery. PSV Investigations was calling to verify an address for someone i never heard of. The person they were trying to find probably had my cell # a long time ago.

I have also received a call from the same investigation so-called unit but there giving a different #4 contacting there client 855-250-2616 i dnt believe this 2 be a real investigation office

I recieved the same message from a Ryan Thomas. He also gave me a client number to call or 855-250-2616. I am suspicious about this call as they did not request to speak to anyone in particular.

On the 16th received a call from a PSV Investations. They said they were conduction an ongoing investation and would I wait to speak with his client. Anyway I got so tired of waiting I hung up. Out of curriousity I returned call from the caller ID.-- It was from a 720-240-9552. I got a recordeding announcing PSV Investtgations and no one was available to take my call. Have not heard from them yet but they do have the number and now Imy name. Should I be worried? Or is it same scam. I just don't want them threatening me I am a disabled vet and can't handle the stress

This must be a scam-I will not be calling them back.  They say they need to speak to someone at this address (although they do not name the address-no reliable company would not give a name or an address).  The call back number is 888-925-9485.   Is there anyone else like the FCC we can report these  people to??

Did you ever call the man back to see what he wanted? Because I just received a call from the same #. I just wasn't interested in remembering who the man was. I don't think that it is respectful to call someone's phone and says that they are conducting a investigation. Because honestly at the end of the day if they were conducting an actual investigation then they would not inform you that they are doing so. They would proceed on and do so without letting you know. I don't appreciate nor do I like the scared tactic.

Received a message stating I was scheduled to discuss a PSV Investigation and to call back 1-888-925-9485 to speak to their client.  They call all hours of the day and night.  I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling and they refuse to do so.

I received a phone call from this number between 1p and 2:30p 14 December 2011. Some guy claiming to be an investigator stating he needs to speak with someone at this number. I don't know he got this number this has repeatedly appeared on my caller id when I come from work. Most are during the evening hours, after 6p (central time) up to 10p.
