I rcvd a message from 720.324.2786- the message was very weird and the young lady told me not to diregard this message and if I do they wish me best of luck....  Idk what they would be reffering to. I called the number back today and the phone was fumbled around quite a bit and then they answered with "(something) Lawfirm".  From what I see this is a company that obtained our information from a site or something we have used. But to get my work number is very strange.

I got a call from Justin Murphy at Adem's Law saying that I need to make settlement for a payday lone. I was surprise about this because I keep all my records and email with the lenders. I payed a partial payment but the next day he told me it was not accepted He put me on to the loan company that is making the complaint. The company is CashNetUSA as I look at my records and bank statements it looks like a barrows with them before there I talk with John MacEntire to stop a the legal from going forward and for them to accept the settlement of over $400 that I payed to Justin that there would have to be a OCS (OUT OF COURT SETTLEMENT) and that would be the cost of $1497.64 that will be refunded to me.

When I called John MacEntire of CashNetUSA he tells me he can't send me any email prof about this until I settle up with UnitedPayday who is the parent company of CashNetUSA. She tried to give me another settlement of $500 when I do that she would send me all the records of it so I could submit it the police as fraud and they would return all my money.

Now I am $1800 in the hole that I have to pay back to relatives.

Receive phone call from a woman names" Jennifer Smith" saying that I have a debt with American Cash, that it was a company that worked with payday loans, student loans, etc, etc. I told them that I had no idea what she was talking about, she said that the company try to contact me by .... E-MAIL. That i was gonna be served with the papers and get arrested. Then I started to ask questions and they hanged up. I try calling again but they didn't answer. Did the research of the phone number online and it happens that is a scam.

I received this call today. First off the guy could barely speak English so I had to replay the message three times to fully understand. He didn't say what it was in regards to except that it was "very serious" and "critical" for me or my attorney to call back. At the end he said "If I don't hear back from you or your attorney... Good Luck!!" I googled the number and here I am. I also received an email from another payday loan scam yesterday. Guess I have to go in and change my information.... Who would be giving my info out or are these hackers???

THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE MOST HUMEROUS SCAM YET!!!  They kept calling me too.  When I was able to, I called them back to find out what it was in regard to.  They said it was a lawsuit and that I was going to be arrested.  I pretended to be crying and asked how I could fix it so I wouldn't get arrested.  They told me they would keep calling me at work until it was paid.  I told them that I worked for the FBI.  He asked what my badge number was and I gave him a fake #.  He then rattled off my home address and said someone would be arresting me.  He hung up.  I called back and asked why he hung up.  He kept hanging up.  Now, I can't get through.  It rings busy.  But, when I do..... mua hahahahahahaha.  I'll keep messing with these dirt bags until they push me far enough and then I'll let them know that they are messing with the wrong person.  Something similiar happened to me about a year ago and I told them I had reported them to the attorney general's office and the FBI and that I knew they were nothing more than a scam.  Thy quit calling.  Someone needs to tell them to get a real life, work a legitimate job and make hard earned money instead of working in a place that is fraudulent and making money off of innocent people who fall for their crap!

Just received a phone call from this number. They left a message that I better call back right away about a criminal suit being filed against me. I called back and they transferred me to someone supposedly named Sylvester Brown from Adams Law Firm. He said he was going to read the affadavit to me and that I should keep my mouth shut while he reads it. Then he starts asking for personal information. I told him I wouldn't give him any info. He said that I would be picked up from my place of employment, which he knew the name of, on Friday. When I started questioning him, he was getting aggravated. Then he told me that I would be served a subpeona on Friday at my place of work. And that I would have to appear in court to answer the criminal charges and I would probably end up in jail. Then he asked for the name of my attorney. I told him I would have my attorney call him and he hung up.

did not tell the pay day loan company name. Then he said I owe 498.00 go to Wal-Green or Wal-Mart and call him when I get their. I call the Atty General Office in Colorado the gentleman that I spoke with said this like a scam and do not give these people any Info.or money...

I was getting calls from the same number they called me today and called me at work i will call them in the am and play with them

These jerks called and said I need an attorney because I have a case against me for theft for a payday loan which isn't even a month old yet they said I'm goin to be arrested for fraud and theft which is super funny since that's exactly what they are doing fraud and theft of innocent peoples money of people who are obviously struggling as it freaking is!! If I've got a payday loan and can't make a payment what the hell makes them think I have $$ to just give them!!! I really dislike people!!!

I just got a call from the same number and same people you have all described here.  It is a scam and I enjoy playing the game with them.  It cracks me up since I was about to take out a loan and decided againist like another person posted.  Not even a half an hour later they called and told me I was being sued and when I laughed at them they hit a couple of numbers and actedas if I was transferred.  Then another person got on and told me I would be arrested, when I told him that first he would have to be in my country to have that done and then he got mad and told he would start the procedure, I told him to go ahead.  It is a scam and they want you to confirm your information DO NOT DO THIS.

Called 4x's within 1 to 2 minutes of each other and did not leave any messages. I answered the 4th call and he asked if I wanted to hear information on a law suit that's pending against me. Then, wanted to place me on hold to pull up my records. Told him to send it in writing & he still wanted to place me on hold. I said no and hung up. He had the nerve to call right back & asked why I hung up! From there we argued and he threatened to send someone to arrest me at my place of employment in 3 hours. He knew the last 4 of my ssn which concerns me. I hung up again & if he calls back, I will let him know he is being reported.

Just received a voice message on my cell from a lady, who didn't speak very good English, saying that I was being sued. Got a call like that yesterday from a different number that wanted to settle out of court but it would have to be done today. I was to go to a CVS and call him when I got there and he would explain what to do from there. I hope he's not still waiting by the phone. My advise to everyone is not to apply for a payday loan on-line because your phone will be ringing off the hook and getting all kinds of nuts calling. And none of them can speak any English and what English they do speak you can't understand. IDIOTS

Just got the call from Jason Dean saying I was going to be arrested tomorrow morning at my job. They said where I worked and everything. And that I had accepted a loan for 498.00 dollars that had been deposited into a debit card with Meta Bank. When I asked this Jason guy if I could get the number to this bank he said no that he wasn't allowed to. That's when I asked him for a call back number he gave me this same number. Lol this has scam written all over it.

received a call saying he is a federal commissioned officer, saying that they will turn my case into the state of ca general.  They have all my personal information... address at home and work saying I will be arrested if I do not have my attorney call them and solve this matter.  It something about a pay day loan etc...

They just called my phone threatening me, saying I will be thrown in Jail (First of all, yeah right). I called back and kept calling asking for Mr. Cooper and they would not put him on the phone. Basically I decided to curse out everyone who answered the phone. I called back 17 times, now the line is busy. Since they want to harass me, I will do the same!

Got the same call yesterday n return call today i ended up getting a speeding ticket try to go do some researching well after researching it found out its a scam pissed i must say so i played them @ their own game called back i talked very nicely recorded my conversation and begin to can i just send the money to American cash she respond hold on let me ask the attorney after 5 min on hold she can back and begin to ask me a series of questions how is my credit score did i have any wages garnish any outstanding credit card bills etc. she ask do i have a credit card that i wanted to use to pay this my response no i have cash then she replied then go to Walmart n purchase a greendot money Pak card and it Will be 505.00 and remind u she was willing to stay on the phone til i got to Walmart really!!!! my husband had enough by this point and went off n told them their under investigation n our attorney Will be contacting them and the bi*** replied o Im scared!!!!! o u tryn to b funny now !!! thats ok cause technolgy can be a better bi*** my thing is you done f*** with the wrong person now !!!! the FBi  and other fraud agents Will be working on my case Im no dummy !!!! and no all my rights n   laws criminal justice is second nature to me being my mother is a judge and father is a chief play with me i guaranteed u @ the end of the day ill beat u @ Ur own game

Called to tell me there was a arrest warrant  out for me under my name and ssn. When I asked for the name of the company and lawyer they were using the caller got very angry and started to threaten me.
