Got a call from "Adam Ferrier" as listed below in few entries, I told him we did not have a federal tax matter, and then he said it wasn't a tax matter and still wanted to talk to the owner of the company. These people are just totally about "whatever it takes" to dupe people out of money and time. Don't waste your time talking to this company/person.

Got a call from them earlier today.  The gentleman said that there was a lien against my husband for state taxes in the amount of $10,000.  I called our county circuit clerk, our county recorder, and the state of XXXXXXX.  There is no lien anywhere.  TOTAL SCAM.

Total Scam. They claim to be a respected attorney's office. Claims that we have a federal tax lien unbeknownst to us. Used scare tactics about the building daily 30% interest. I have NO tax liens. Give me a break! Idiots.

Arrive @ my part time job this evening and there was a note on my locker stating that Adam Ferier called regarding a tax matter. The person had the audacity to ask about my work schedule. I am glad I looked up the number. I'm glad to know it is a scam.

Fraud - Tries to pass themselves off as OFS, a State of California business service.  However, they are actually an unrelated private company either selling or debt collecting.

Received a call from someone named Stephanie "at OFS" claiming she was calling regarding a state tax lien.  She was very vague.  I asked to take down her information.  She asked that I have someone call her back the next day and demanded to know who would be calling her back.  I asked around the office and her request was definitely not legitimate

Received a voice mail message from a lady 'concerning a federal tax lien filed in September'...odd. we never had a Federal Tax Lien filed against us so this is an obvious scam I will not fall for. I notice others have received fake calls because I Googled 'Federal Tax Lien Scams' and read all about scums like this.
Think of it this way...the first entity that would know anything about a Federal Tax Lien against your business would be the federal government. The second entity would be the business the lien is filed against. Therefore, if you never received a lien notice from the federal government, would you really trust some idiot calling you about one?

Got a call today for my boss @ work from the referenced number.  Loud noise in the background, lots of chatter going on.  Claimed it was a personal call for Mr. __________.  when I asked if I could take a message I was given her name (Stephanie) and the number claiming it was regarding his federal taxes and that they wanted to provide him with help if he was still fighting it.  Before I could confirm the number, she hung up.  RUDE!
