I fell victim to this too they took 50 dollars out of my checking account twice an month without permission. They ALREADY had my account info from somewhere else.  They said I was behind on a Magizine subscription.  When I told them I didn't have or want magizines that they listed to me they hung up.  they next month I started getting all the magizines they listed that I DIDN"T want.  I have small children in the house and don't want Men's Fitness showing up in my mail box with it's half naked women on the cover, or Gamer's Central with it's almost naked characters and sexual ads in plain sight!

Now I wont tell them they have the right person unless they ID who is calling for that person and what it is about.  They hang up every time.  They are rude and argue with you and get very nasty.  the "supervisor" threatened me with my credit report.  When I told them I'd gotten a lawyer involved he REALLY got nasty. When you try to call the number back all you get is a busy signal. They are crooks and need to be stopped.

i recived a call from this number,720 398 8132, and the guy said im delinquent, and i need to pay for a magazin. i never make any subscription whit any magazine.

I recieved a call from this number a couple of times. Spoke to someone who told me that I was a preferred customer and not to accept any other magazine offers from anyone else. She transferred me to her manager who asked how the person was and was she nice. The woman asked me about my card information and routing number so she can bill me. I explained to her that I didn't sign up for magazines and that I wanted to cancel. She stated that I had 72 hours to cancel it and that time is up. Now I owe them 24 months of payment. I asked when did I sign up for this and she stated that she doesn't know, she is an account manager she doesn't do customer service. So I told her to have customer service call me and she stated that it wouldn't matter because I would still have to pay this. I asked her what would happen if I didn't and she stated that it would be sent over to another department and they would collect it in one large sum and she knows that I don't have that kind of money. I asked her how she knew that I didn't have the money and she asked did I have 1300 up front. I told her for an account manager she is rude, and she stated that shejust keeps it real. I told her to get a better job and stop calling me! I requested that she send my information to the other department and hung up! I called back to speak to another manager and the phone just kept ringing

I recieved a call from 720-398-8132 stating I owed money on magazine subscriptions. When I told them I had None the women got reaaly mean and nasty and hung up. Please get these crooks for us. Thank you

Called and identified themselves as "The Publishers" who send me magazines (I don't get any). When I asked them to name  the magazines they send me they said "various". When I asked for the names again they hung up.
I called the number back and got this info: The man I spoke with said he was "Jim Paine". He said the address of the company was 1572 Louisianna Ave, Suite 425, Denver, Co. His supervisor was "Steve Bull" he claimed. When I asked him what magazines he sent me, he would not answer other than "we send out thousands a day" and "maybe you didn't pay your bill". The third time I asked for the names of the magazines I heard some one in the background say "trouble" and he hung up.

Took same BS magazine call from them tonight at 9:15pm.  I filed a complaint with FTC.

THe woman told me I was a valued customer and I said are you calling from a magazine subscription...she said yes and that I needed to pay the bill. I told her I don't subscribe to any magazines...NONE!!!!! She said she had my credit card number so I did too subscribe...I asked her what card number because I knew I hadn't...she then got very huffy and told me she was going to turn my account over to collections. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said she "was the manager". I told her I had seen that this particular number had complaints and that what she was doing was illegal...she replied "it's not illegal and I'm turning this over to collections"

Wife called from this number(casandra) telling her she owed for deliquent magizine subscription, 79 dollars a month for 12 months..When she asked for copy to be mailed to her they hung up. She has received other calls from this number..asked for supervisor, was told the person on the phone was the superisor. They refused to identify the company. I have not been able to identify the company other than they appear to be from Boulder Colorado
