The only thing this people can serve you is breakfast in bed, they call themselves Legal Department but I guess the only thing legal about them is the few times these scammers have been in a court house for repeated use of crack in public . I f someone is getting intimidated and harrased by these lowlife follow the following method curse at them w/o decency , they got none, if they yell. yell louder , after the initial comfrontantion call them back several times and play loud music, allow some communication in between to let them know that you are his or her mother pimp looking to collect fot the last week, whatever come to your head , remember you are fighting people w/o scruples who dont give a crap about playing fair , they are just a bunch of pedrators trying to coerce you into paying, there's no debtor jail or court that can fine or imprison you for avoiding paying your dues . They are either from NCO or VCS collection agencies. Fight back

I've received several calls from this number. They auto dial and leave messages saying that you have two charges pending and to call them so that you will not be served and arrested. I called back and spoke to a Miss Hamilton, who told me it was for a payday loan. I explained to her that payday loans are illegal in NY State - by law they can't charge you with over a 16% interest rate on a loan & that they can't threaten you with jail or arrest. She said, "Oh Yeah, I'mma get you a court date right now, you hold on while I transfer yI was transferred to a Steve Green who told me he used to live in NY & I didn't know what I was talking about. He said they were GMA or GMN Associates. I offered the NYC website to him with the laws pertaining to payday loans, but he got very nasty, starting yelling and cursing and hung up. I filed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. Stated before you are served you need to call 720-446-0629. You have offically been notified. They call once a day. However, the person they are calling for has not worked for the company in over a year.

Have had 3 calls afternoon, noon and morning- on three consecutive separate days since 12 February,  reporting papers being served for fraud. As noted in other posts the message is the same, it appears this is a Recent scammer trying to defraud law abiding citizens through scare tactics and threats. The Colorado police should be investigating that number for illegal activity.

got a call from this number. i googled it, came up a company name, XO COLORADO, LLC. i googled the company name---its a telecommunications seller.

I had the same thing they have beencalling from other numbers saying that I've already been notified and that I'm going to be served at my home or work. They said I was being sued also. They keep calling my aunt too. This is ridiculous.

Got the same call today from this number saying they will serve me court p;apers unless I call and pay.This was a machine.

Got a call from this phone number saying that I needed to call them back about fraudulent charges no clues what they're talking about nothing in my history would require me to do so this is a clear case of fraud
