Got a call from them last night. Didn't recognize the number so did NOT answer my cell. Always my best advice. They did not leave a voice mail, which is usually the case with these calls
I did a *67 (to block my number) and called back, just to see if it worked. Amazingly, an automated message answered with the name "Viking Medical" and then went on to talk about medical insurance with an option for a call back from them plus an option to be placed on THEIR Do Not Call list. Yeah, right. I repeated this three times just to make sure and it was the same for all. There is a vikingmedical.com website with an 800 number but I'm not sure it's the same company.
At any rate, this is definitely unsolicited telemarketing and whether or not you're on the useless Do Not Call you might still get calls from these bozos.
Once again, if you don't recognize the number, don't answer. This only confirms that your number works and they'll be back, probably with others.
