Call received from this phone number which had noone on the other end. I answer phones for a business and have to pick up when a call is received. Was calling the phone numbers back to inform them that the legally have to take the phone number off of their call list. But have discovered an interesting alternative, which seems to give a better result! The only drawback is that you have to have Caller ID. I keep a list of the "No One There", "Automated Message", etc calls and when their phone numbers show up again I pick up the phone, don't say a word, and press the "#" button until they disconnect. I get awhole lot less scammer phone calls now! Give it a try and if you like it as much as I do - spread the word. We can't depend on the government to take care of this menace.

I have received several of call from this number.  One time I pushed 120 to see if I could get into their phone system.  It worked, a guy answered.  When I asked to be removed from his calling list he said "yea" and slammed the phone down.  Ha!  I was going to call back and see if I could get him again, but deceided my time was too important to play with scum.

Google listing spam call. My business receives a call from this robo number at least once a week. Don't bother to press 2 to be removed; it won't work.

Calls several times a day on work line. Always same Google listing bs. Tried several times to hit 2 to be removed to no avail and decided to press 1 to talk to someone to actually remove me only to be disconnected. Horribly annoying when I'm at work.

I now have all of my office lines forwarding to my cell phone. I have an app called "call blocker" that captures all but a few of the scammer calls, because they have a built in black list built over time by all of their users. When I get a call like this one where the # is not already blocked I just push a button to block it out forever---- that is, until they start calling from another number.

Wouldn't it be nice.... if Congress finally did something that is good for "small" businesses by providing a Do Not Call List for us? Not just consumers?   As a sole proprietor, I waste a lot of time answering the phone just to find these nasty, lice-ridden, disease carrying miscreant scammers hitting me up with yet another robo call. I have found that often there is a live person listening to the conversation on the caller's end... not just an autodialer. So as I listen to the message, I say:" I would rather have unnecessary dental surgery without anesthesia than talk to a skanky crack w***e like you. " Generally that gets them off the phone faster than a butt plug up pushed up between a bottom fishing collection agency's twin cheeks.

Just got a call from this number.  Didn't answer.  I use to "play" with them, but I stopped because my final time was too depressing:
I let it ring several times and then picked up.  I hesitated, and then said, sounding out of breath and terrified:
"Is anyone there?  OMG, please tell me there is someone there!"  
I heard someone say hello and then went into full acting mode:
"Help me!  He is going to kill me this time!  I can't make outgoing calls.  Please, please help me!"
The person was still on the line, so I then banged around a bit and started screaming:
"I"m sorry! I didn't mean to! Don't kill me! Don't, please don't!" and I cut off the call.
And, the slimeball didn't even call 911.  I know I sounded convincing.  How do those subhuman creeps live with themselves?

Interesting... I blocked the number in our phone system and they are now calling with the number (172) 045-26412 - yes, there is an extra digit in the number. My next step will be to create the Attorney General as an extension in our phone system so these calls can be auto-routed right to their office. That should get their attention. Perhaps they will take some action once they get interrupted on a daily basis.

I have been getting the same robo-call for months now. It's the same "woman's" voice, and the same options.  Once I tried pressing "1" to be connected to an agent, but that call got disconnected.  I have been pressing "2" to be removed from their database for at least 4 months now, several times a week, sometimes multiple times in a day.  This is the first time I've "googled" the number in the caller id.

They called our office again 12/27/13 @ 3:19PM.  BLOCKED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have the Digitone call blocker and we have the ENTIRE 720  area code blocked.

Our phones do not ring and our office is not disturbed when criminals like these call.  I just saw that they had called.

Called work cell phone at noon est no name on caller I'd and as I know nobody in Colorado did not answer.  Probably one of the local potheads on a Rocky. Mountain high. Or  a spoofed number from Mumbai who will fix my computer .

Scammers for sure and I'm on a do not call list. Have requested they stop calling with their automation but have been getting repeat calls for over 3 months. When you call back no one is there and they don't give out their name in the message.

why google is not doing anything, since they are using the name 'Google'.

They called our office at 2:34pm 12/26/13.  We have the Digitone call blocker and the entire 720 area code is blocked...along with 44 other area codes.

FYI - businesses are exempt from the DNC list - not that it would be an issue for these criminals.

Funny you mentioned that. Maybe it's guys like you doing that "troll"  thing off the do not call list then doing a little "shill" thing on 800 notes.Yes it's a scam out of some BPO owned by some non-compiant group of telemarketers and debt collectors. Along the same lines as medical alert, security systems, charity, survey, credit card services, or whatever the red light special of the day is.

Agreed, saw it earlier and had to come back for a final nights laugh. Funny association skills, this guy is right on.

Unfortunately, the Do Not Call Registry is useless.  The FTC has neither the technology nor personnel to effectively pursue these callers.  Now that I use Google Voice I can selectively block the number.  The caller gets a not-in-service message.  I Google the caller, and if it comes up like this one, with reviews like this, it gets blocked.

Then report it to the Federal Trade Commission 1-877-382-4357. Give them the number and what it shows up as on caller ID (B SERVICES 720-452-6412) They will ask you information. I just gave them my name, business, phone number and address. Most of the information they ask for is not mandatory so you don't have to provide more than you are comfortable with. They will gave you a reference number and the phone number for your state's Attorney General.

Call your Attorney General with the reference number and ask them what they are doing to stop it.

If we all report this scam we can stop them and they can find real jobs. PLEASE report this scam!!!!
