Somewhere in the fine print of the documents you signed at the dealership, you agreed to let SiriusXM's marketing companies contact you.  You didn't think the trial period was completely "free" did you?

This seems to be the number that pops up on caller ID when different, unrelated businesses in the Denver area are making calls.  It's probably owned by a company that operates IP-based PBX systems.  Whenever I've received calls from this number, it's been an account manager from E*Trade's Denver office. They've called from this number for at least 2 years.  They are just keeping in touch with their customers asking if they want to review their accounts or if they have any questions.  They seem to do this every 3-4 months.  I'm a customer (not an E*Trade employee) so strictly it's not an unsolicited phone call.

SiriusXM is using this number to contact people who purchased a vehicle in the Denver area with this service pre-installed by the dealership.  When the 90 day free trial period is over and you don't sign up, Sirius assigns your account to a telemarketing co. to try and get you "back" with hot deals from 50% to 70% off.  They say they will put me a a "do not call" list.  We'll see.

I received two voicemail messages from this number today.  What I heard was "Michael....Michael....Michael are ya there?"

Not professional at all.  I doubt this was a real telemarketer.

Received a phone call from Breast Cancer Ast, answered only because I made an appt. last week for a mammogram.  When I did, the line was open as the machine was auto dialing so I new immediately it was a scam call.  This is really too bad that companies are stooping this low to add the words BREAST CANCER in their identification.

Received a call from this number on 10/25/12 at 8:49p.m.  The call went to voice mail, but they hung up, and left no message.  This managed to wake the household, however, as we are early risers.  I, too, wonder how they get away this as I am on a no call list as well.  These calls are very annoying.  I wish there were a way that these people could be stopped.

Another scum bag telemarketing predator/troll. I would personally like to get my hands on the neck of every piece of s*** who calls my number and annoys me. I would also like to choke the incompetent do-nothings that run the so-called FTC's scam DoNotCall registry. A recent article in USA TODAY quoted the Queen of incompetence, Lois Greisman, who says the registry is, "doing an effective job fighting unwanted sales calls." What a fcking dolt! This in spite of the factual evidence (and math NEVER lies) that complaints have risen from 65,000 in October 2010 to over 212,000 in April, 2012. She aso said, "The proliferation of robocalls creates a challenge for us." Really? DUH! Is she the very very dumbest government bureaucrat EVER!? She should be put in the stockades and publicly horsewhipped...and her inane, expensive and ineffective agency disbanded at once. Any agency where things are getting worse at quadruple the rate, we think, is NOT doing its job or earning its huge budget keep.

Recording said it was "The Federal Trade Commission inacted mumble mumble" then live voice asked " is Eric there followed by is the man or woman of the house available".  Then left this recording.   They tried to make it sound like a goverment office was calling.  I did not answer phone as it obviously a scam.

Received 10 calls from this number on 9/13, 7 of which were within a two minute period (call forwarding all calls to VM).  Obviously utilizing an auto-dialer, in violation of the TCPA (Telecom Consumers Protection Act).  Caller ID only shows the number. The number is assigned to Level 3, most likely a VoIP line.  Submitted several complaints to the FTC via the National Do-Not-Call registry @ http://donotcall.gov/.

I also received a call from this number today and the woman asked for "Dave". Told her she had the wrong number and her reply was, "No, I have the right number but the wrong name." and proceeded to go into her script.  I hung up on her since there is no reason to listen to her if she doesn't even know who she's calling.

Received a phone call from 720-496-0739 on August 28, 2012.  Called ID said, Breast Cancer Ast.  The person on the other end of the line asked for "Steve."  I told the woman she had the wrong number.  She hung up.  Odd, don't you think?
